County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

Welcome to the Sonoma Wine Country this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom vineyard escape over looks the Sonoma Scribe vineyard. Ideally located between the Sonoma and Napa Valley's you are 10 miles from Downtown Napa and 3.5 miles from the Sonoma Plaza. The Barn features a large chefs kitchen with viking appliances, 2 large bedrooms with a king and queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room and a patio over lookings the Vineyards. Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
