This 2-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom home sleeps 8 guests comfortably and features a one car garage, stainless steal appliances and flat-screen TVs in every bedroom! An open living and upgraded kitchen area greets guests upon entry plus a side door access leading to a premium fenced back yard with artificial turf, a furniture set, plus umbrella for shade!

We have everything you need for a fun stay on 30A: a large balcony for morning coffee, a fully-equipped kitchen, two king beds and a pullout sofa, smart TVs, an inviting and airy living area, and a new 6-seat golf cart you can use to get around the 30A! We are about a 30-second walk to the large and friendly resort pool, and a quick zip to the most beautiful beaches in the country. Entertainment, restaurants, and shops are just across the street at The Big Chill.

We are located on a quiet, dead-end street next to Deer Lake State Park. Our complex of 17 townhouses completed an exterior upgrade in 2021 with new paint and railings. Our unit is in the center and was totally renovated by noted designer Ashley Gilbreath. New flooring and a master bathroom upgrade were done in 2023. Beachfront convenience awaits.

Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, new furniture/decor, comfortable beds, beach gear, and washer/dryer!

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.

Our 2nd floor beachfront condo boasts breathtaking ocean views, private beach access, free parking, beach chairs, toys and umbrella and a fully updated interior for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Unwind in the open-concept living space, cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen, and soak in the sun on your private balcony. With direct access to a private beach, you can enjoy endless days of sand, sea, and sunshine!

Historic Smith House, authentic cottage

Originally built in 1925, our renovation provides all the modern conveniences while maintaining its true southern “old Grayton” charm. Guests love the vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, wood floors, large screened porch, and the vintage Florida decor. We have a 7-night minimum during Spring Break/Summer, with a Saturday check-in, and 3-night min during most of the year. The maximum number of guests is limited to four (4) persons, including infants and toddlers.

Hour Sunset is located just a short walk across 30A to the beautiful sands and emerald beach waters of the Florida Gulf Coast! From the balcony you'll overlook a manicured greenspace, newly resurfaced pool, and even get a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico.
