I've used AirBnB in a number of countries. My mom also hosts a few AirBnBs at her multi-family unit. I mention this information to suggest I am very familiar with AirBnBs. This apartment is great. We stayed for two weeks (taking a short trip in the middle). Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a 7-Eleven for quick and easy start to the day (or to finish the night). Close to Ueno for Shinkansen/museums/metro. Close to Nezu, too (and Nippori). Host is easy to communicate with. Place is clean. The only thing I would mention is if you are a taller person, just be aware of the ceilings/doorways. I'm a touch over 6ft. Showering will require you to watch your head. Not a negative. Just wanted to mention. Please be respectful if you stay here (and anywhere, honestly). This country deals with a lot of bad tourists. Don't be one of them.

We had a wonderful stay here, it’s a beautiful and comfortable space. Ted is extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative. It’s a residential area a good bit outside of central Tokyo - requires a ~15-minute walk to at least a 15-minute train ride to get to more central areas of the city - but it’s quiet and spacious. We were there with our toddler and while the house was perfect for us, the getting to and from proved a bit tiring and time-consuming whilst contending with naps and a tired little. We did find a few local gems we could walk to for very tasty bites! I would definitely recommend if you you’re able to just go out into the city for long days! It’s a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Thank you!

It was great to stay! They provide the water server, so that we could get cold and hot water always 😚 We could use the delivery box (takuhai box), this was really exceptionally helpful !

Seiji's place was exactly as pictured and described - so no one should be surprised that it is a compact space. It was perfect for me, had everything I needed, and was extremely cozy and comfortable. Plus, the view from the window is beautiful and you can see the sunrise. Everything was clean and had very clear instructions. Seiji was very communicative and responsive. I would stay here again.

The space was clean, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly cozy. What really set this place apart was its unbeatable location. Just a short stroll from a Family Mart (a true lifesaver for snacks, drinks, and late-night cravings), and even better—mere minutes from the nearest train station, which made getting around the city an absolute breeze. The host was kind, communicative, and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth and comfortable stay. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the surprisingly high-tech features (like the Aladdin projector!) made it feel like a luxury. Definitely will stay again!

We had a lovely stay here. It was very close to the subway station and konbini which was very nice. We had no issues during our stay, the neighborhood was peaceful, and the house was comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. All in all, would recommend staying here.

My friends and I are so grateful for this wonderful stay. The apartment was located in a lovely neighborhood and was so clean and comfortable. Hong was a wonderful host—responsive, helpful, and friendly. There were amenities provided and it was a charming apartment. Highly recommend!

The facilities are very good. The rooms are quite tight and some don't have any wardrobe or space for our suitcase. Plenty of bathrooms and overall very good.

Easy walk to the Keisei Station which made all of Tokyo super accessible. So close--same line as Skytree and Asakusa and an easy line switch for other major attractions. The host also set us up with an excellent transportation service. Highly recommend.

All of the hosts are equally friendly, accommodating and responsive. We had all of our questions answered quickly and they were so nice throughout the whole process. They made our stay wonderful even though the rental itself was beautiful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice walkable place with a lot of convenience store, drug store and restaurants nearby. Easy access from Ikebukuro station, a round 8-10mins walk. The only downside is the unit is at third floor, a bit hard for big luggages, but still acceptable. Overall, Worth the price!

エイホウさん was an amazing host. Very warm, friendly and positive attitude, always responsive. I loved my 7-day-stay at this apartment and it was mainly because of エイホウさんpresence. The price is right, the location was very quiet and close enough to 2 subway/train stations which made it easy to go anywhere. Thank you エイホウさん for everything!!

Crazy nice spot for a group 5-6 people. Just an elevator trip to go get some korean street food that people should definitely try. Can get loud at night because of drunk people, earplugs will save you. Pretty close to shin-okubo station which runs on yamanote line. You can also just walk south and you’ll reach kabukicho!

Loved this place. Couldn’t have stayed in a better place for our first time in Tokyo
