The Farm House Cottage

The Farmhouse is the perfect getaway. Spring/Summer head out into the fresh air, watch the cattle graze, wander around the gardens, smell the sweet scent of Wisteria pick seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbs, or take it easy on a lounger in the sun with a book and a cold beverage. In the evening relax by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the evening skyline. Fall/Winter cozy up in an armchair in front of the fireplace and watch the seasons change. Our 1910 FarmHouse Cottage... This is an adult-only property and is not ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant. We expect our guests to treat our home with the utmost respect. If any violations of these house rules occur, you will owe the full deposit. MAX OCCUPANCY: 4 Guests. Any additional guests must be pre-approved prior to check in. (The couch is not a sleeper sofa) ADDITIONAL GUESTS NOT PRE-APPROVED: All overnight guests that are not booked or pre-approved prior to your check in, will be charged at time of check out " $50.00 a night per guest, per night " along with any additional fees. MAXIMUM PARKING: 2 cars. Additional parking will be provided on request. WEDDINGS/EVENTS: All Cottage Décor, Flatware, Dishes, Catering Items, Trays, etc... Please do not remove from Cottage for any other purpose other than to use in the Cottage. KITCHEN: Well-equipped with Dishes, Stemware, Flatware, Baking and Cooking Tools, Open pantry, Microwave, Dishwasher, Cleaning supplies. LAUNDRY ROOM: Washer, Dryer, Garbage, Recycling, Cleaning supplies, Fire extinguisher LIVING ROOM: Gas Fireplace, HDTV60", Xfinity; HBO, Wi-Fi (150 Mbps), DVD/Blu Ray Player, Selection of DVD's. MAIN BEDROOM: Queen Tempur- Pedic Cloud adjustable bed with wireless remote, Luxury bedding. 2nd BEDROOM: Full bed, Pillow top, Luxury bedding. BATHROOM: Spa tub, Yummy... Soaks and Soaps, Fluffy towels, Hair Dryer, Shampoo. OUTDOOR SPACE: Three outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the outdoors. In the open-air loft, you'll find a queen bed, walk-in closet, and 3/4 bath with tub. Park-like yard features dock and firepit.

With 900 square feet of open living area, a fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, king size bed, high speed internet, 2 TV's, beautiful furnishings and easy access to the beach it's the perfect get-away!

Glamping in the trees. Come experience the beauty and serenity of being in the forest in a unique craftsman treehouse on beautiful Camano Island just an hour and ten minutes north of Seattle. Your private parking and short trail leads to a short cable bridge into a cozy 150 sq. ft. cabin 13 ft above the forest floor. You’ll be surrounded by mahogany walls with a cozy full size futon up in the loft. If the futon is too cozy a campsite is available. The treehouse is warm even on chilly nights.

This cozy log cabin is nestled on 6 private acres with beautiful natural surroundings. It is an ideal location for a honeymoon, romantic get away or a quiet retreat. Across from the driveway entrance you will find 600 hundred acres of trails called the Putney Woods, a popular area that has been designated for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. The cabin itself has a large wrap around deck, as well as an outside fire pit area for use when no burn ban is in effect.

The Alpaca Retreat is located on 100 acres of private farm and forest land with sweeping views of Port Susan and Mt. Rainier. The newly renovated 3600 sq. foot house, spaciously accommodates up to 10 people and is located just 5 minutes from Stanwood. The location is quiet and relaxing with no visible neighbors. For active leisure, there is a basketball hoop, a pickleball court, a ping pong table, and best of all, the viewing of very cute alpacas!
