The Cove At Myrtle Grove

Come relax and enjoy this comfy house nestled along the Intracoastal Waterway and ​the Masonboro​ Island Reserve​. Enjoy many waterfront views from inside the cottage, outside on the deck, sitting at the fire-pit, playing games, or on the hosts' private pier. You can see lots of boats, a wide variety of native wildlife, sunrises, and more. The Cove

Framed by hundreds of years old live oak trees, The Cove is situated on an acre of ground, convenient to area beaches and shopping. Most major food chains and big box stores are within a 5 minute drive. Additionally many local eateries are nearby. Carolina beach is an easy 10 minutes drive, historic downtown Wilmington and river walk are 15 minutes, while Wrightsville beach and major shopping malls are 20 minutes. Lake House - Recently Remodeled, Centrally Located

An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

Family friendly quiet area 15 Minutes from Downtown Wilmington with access to all that our incredible city has to offer... Dining, shopping and entertainment. 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach, 12 minutes to Carolina Beach, and 20 minutes to the ILM Airport. Large, fully fenced-in, backyard. Full Kitchen, spacious area, and Fun Frenchie themed Rooms! Pups are allowed by request only and with a pet fee.

Centrally located, The Sun Suite is only minutes away from UNC-Wilmington, Downtown, & Wrightsville Beach. Enjoy a night out on the town or relaxing day at the beach and come back to a clean, cozy, and private space to unwind. Media room with Smart TV, comfy seating, computer work station. Large, roomy master bedroom w/ king size bed OR TRANSFORMS INTO TWO TWINS. Bath adjoins bedroom, walk in shower, no tub. Beaches, downtown Wilmington, UNCW, all within a 15 minute drive.

Wilmington's "Jungle Room"

We would like to extend a warm Southern welcome to all of our Guests staying in Wilmington's "Jungle Room." The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

Come relax in our 1 bedroom garage suite. 7 miles from carolina beach. Close to down town and wrightsville beach. In the unit you will find a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. Living room with shared kitchen nook and bedroom with 1 king size bed and attached Full bath. Also a washing machine and a very small dryer. Private unit with separate entrance and self check in. checking is set for 5pm, I have no problem with early checkin, if possible. just ask!

Perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing day in the sun & a night on town. Directly in between Pleasure Island and downtown ILM (15 minute drive to either), this suite gives you a clean, quiet place to rest and restore. Take the beach chairs and cooler for a day of sun, then head downtown for fine dining and fun night life. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this suite offers peace and a central location!

Pet Friendly Paradise; 15 Minutes to Beach/ D-Town

We loved living in this single story family home! It is located in a quiet neighborhood right in the center of town and less than a mile to shopping, dining, and movies. 15 minutes from Downtown, Carolina Beach, and Wrightsville Beach. The backyard is fully fenced in for pets, and there is private covered boat or RV parking available. Every bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of privacy.

Clark Hill Heights.

Away from the Touristy area, but convenient enough to drive there. Has its own parking space with private entry with a small deck. Nice and quiet area. 30 min drive to downtown Wilmington or Wrightsville Beach, 15 min drive to Carolina Beach area. Located 3 miles north of Snows Cut Bridge which leads you to Pleasure Island (Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, and historic Fort Fisher).
