This was our second time at Collin and Ayesha’s and we love it. We appreciate the quiet neighborhood and private feeling of the place plus it’s nice to be near some nice parks while visiting our family in Lynwood.

Stellar communication and accommodations! Exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable, great kitchen! Location made it easy to get around.

Great location, easy to find, and extremely cozy. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Be sure to check out the attached brewery (Barley Pop), they have trivia, drinks, and games! What a great location

We had a delightful stay at Kris’s place! It was just the right size for us and besides the king bed, daybed and regular sofa, they also had an air mattress. The view was beautiful - we could see the Sound right from the balcony and even though we were above and surrounded by local businesses, we never had an issue with noise. On the contrary, the restaurant smells made the experience at the patio set even more enjoyable. The space was condensed but so well used and we had everything we could have wanted and more. There were many family movies and several enjoyable games, plus all the kitchen basics we could want, even some extra tasty seasonings. The parking was simple to navigate and we never struggled to find a place. We hope to be back soon and we highly recommend this for anyone wanting to stay in the greater Seattle area without the stress of the city.

My Son and I stayed at Elizabeth's place when we went to Everett to see a concert. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always responsive. The place itself was immaculate and showed a great deal of care and thoughtfulness. It was very cozy and a superb place for my Son and I to stay and enjoy our visit. Thank you Elizabeth!

My family and I had a quick stay at this home. It was extremely easy to check in and come in and out. The home was located in a private and quiet area. The parking was easy. This weekend was very warm for Seattle and he had air conditioner prepared for us to keep us cool. Very convenient location as we had an event in Kenmore, but getting to touristy areas of Seattle were quick/easy too. Overall, would recommend.

The place exceeded our expectations, everything was very cozy, clean and organized. very nice area, quiet and beautiful. I loved having enough coffee to make, and easy by using pods, quality of coffee was awawesome, just one thing, my wife complained about not having cream and splenda for coffee. Having snacks was also great. Overall it was a very comfortable stay, heater was perfect, only thing is having instructions how to adjust temperature on heater, especially for people visiting from areas where heaters are not common. Thanks for the hospitality.

Wonderful location and price, you get to experience all the beauty of small town Snohomish while still close enough to Everett, Monroe and Main Street to be able to enjoy all the amenities of the surrounding area. Tried Collectors Choice off of the Airbnb recommendation and it was amazing but Cathouse delivered outstanding pizza as well, you can’t go wrong with the food in town and you can walk to all of it if the weather is nice, which it was for our stay, wonderful visit!

Very nice neighborhood & home 10 mins from the ocean. Great communication & plenty of kitchen accessories for full meal cooking. I wish the master bedroom had 1 king bed instead of 2 queen beds, but the beds themselves were very comfortable. Would stay here again!

This airbnb was gorgeous. The private patio was amazing and enjoyable. The interior part of the AirBNB was amazing. Unique decor all over the unit. The shower was the wow factor for my wife. I only thing that was a small issue, the noise that came from upstairs was very early and woke us from our sleep. If you don't mind the noise like that early in the mornings, this place is still amazing. It is stated in the rental ad about this so don't forget to read the details as we skipped that and didn't realize that people live above the AirBNB rental as it stated entire guest house, did not realize, that the owners of the home would be upstairs during my stay. We enjoyed staying here and possibly want to stay again down the future.

We booked last-minute and found this to be a great location between downtown and our daughters who live north. Very nicely furnished with plenty of room and lots of thoughtful amenities. Excellent host! Michael provided timely communication but wasn't intrusive. Would stay again.

I stayed at this house for a longer duration while relocating to the area and it was phenomenal! The views are beautiful and the walking trail around the estuary (immediately behind the house) is lovely and peaceful, and connects to a small park. Great safe yard for pets. The house was very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. I needed to do some work from home and this house is great for that with spare monitors and workspaces, and wifi worked well. Tessa was extremely helpful and responsive throughout my longer stay, a great host. Checkout was simple with no excessive tasks to complete. One of the best Airbnb stays I've had, and would very gladly stay again!

This is a wonderful place for everyone to stay! The home is in a great, quiet neighborhood in a great location - off the busy streets with easy access to everything you need. The home is very clean and exactly as described - you will feel right at home! The host is very responsive, kind, and available for any questions or needs. We so enjoyed out stay!

I absolutely loved the place. We weren't blessed with great weather for our winter stay but it was cozy and wonderful anyway. when the sky did finally clear up for us the view was absolutely beautiful. I loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay at Jay’s Airbnb was great! We stayed here long term and Jay was very responsive and accommodating. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough.

Maureen was a lovely and responsive host, even though she was on vacation across the country! The view from the large windows and sliding door were spectacular. We were really lucky to have sunny days with the mountains in contrast with the blue sky and sparkling water……beautiful! The ferries were mesmerizing, gliding back and forth between Mukilteo and Clinton. The kitchen was spacious and modern and we were able to cook a lot of our meals. The bedrooms were also roomy with large closets and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the rain shower head in the bathroom. We had a lot of privacy with the backyard to ourselves. We moved the patio table around to follow the sun, and enjoy meals. We found trails for walking and hiking. Langley is an easy drive and has good restaurants and shops. We also went to Coupeville, and Freeland and found fun things to do. We stayed for 3 weeks and really got attached to this home! We will book this Condo again in the near future!

We stayed here for almost 2 months. The place is great and has all amenities as described. The kitchen is great will all required appliances, cookware and silverware. Javed is very responsive and he ordered the supplies as we ran out of them. Highly recommend this place ( especially for long stays )

Staying with Thao and her family was great! We were there for a month and it was comfortable, exactly as described, and in a really nice, walkable neighborhood. Thao and her sister were also so sweet to our dog, who loved all the extra attention. This is probably the best value place you’ll find to stay near Seattle. Would definitely recommend!

Sonja's place is perfect for 1 or 2 people. The unit is very clean and comfortable. It was so close to the port of Everett, just a short 5 minute walk to get there. It's a great alternative to staying in a hotel and it has everything you need to avoid eating out everyday. The kitchen was perfect for making simple meals. I would definitely stay here again!
