L'appartement de vacances de 120 m² se trouve dans une maison classée du XVIe siècle et est meublé dans un style alpin avec des matériaux de haute qualité et beaucoup de bois. Il est réparti sur deux étages et se compose d'un espace de vie ouvert, d'une cuisine très bien équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, de 3 chambres ainsi que de 2 salles de bains et peut accueillir 6 personnes.

Questa graziosa mansarda si trova al secondo piano (no ascensore) di un edificio a 150 metri dagli impianti di risalita del famoso comprensorio sciistico di Plan de Corones e nelle vicinanze di un 'ampia area boschiva con diversi sentieri per poter godere di piacevoli passeggiate a piedi o in bicicletta immersi nell'incantevole natura circostante. Il centro di Valdaora dista circa tre minuti in macchina, nelle vicinanze si trovano il Lago di Anterselva, il Lago di Braies e le Tre Cime.

Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
