Chambls Shack

Chambls Shack provides wanderers with a slow stay, overlooking the sandy beach at Verona Sands. Chambls is a genuine shack experience, complete with 1970’s kitchen, open fireplace and light shades. Plenty of wobbly bits and sloping floors, but we’re watertight, warm and a whole load of fun. Situated 1 hour from Hobart via Huon or Channel, Chambls welcomes travellers who want to truly relax and revisit the 70’s in luxe linens, open fire and a bottle of red. Freshly renovated in June 2024, Baywatch overlooks the stunning Adventure Bay beach. Unwind on the expansive deck furnished with bean bags, outdoor dining settings, a gas BBQ, and a custom-built woodfired oven. Inside, cozy up by the warm pellet fire, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and savor the views. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, heated floor tiles, a handmade timber vanity, and a concrete hand basin. Come and experience ultimate relaxation at Baywatch Bruny Island!

Luxury yurt glamping at Littlegrove

Nestled in an olive grove with views over Bruny Island’s famous Fluted Cape, our yurts offer the ultimate romantic glamping experience, with private bathroom and cooking facilities and an outdoor bath and fire pit for star gazing. Each yurt is furnished with vintage wares collected from all over the world, an internal wood fire, timber floors, and wool lined walls for cosy nights. Double glazed windows look out over the grove and surrounding forest which wraps 360 degrees around our farm.

Welcome to Quiet Corner Escape located on Quiet Corner in Adventure Bay, Bruny Island. One minute to the safe, sheltered beach for swimming and a short stroll to local shops and playgrounds. With high-speed Starlink internet, BBQ, self-contained kitchen, off-street parking and reverse cycle heating to keep you cosy. This is Unit 1 of 2 conjoined two-bedroom, one-bath units with water views from your lounge and sunny deck. Both units can be booked if available for group bookings.

@driftwoodbrunyisland is a unique handcrafted cottage overlooking the Southern ocean on beautiful Bruny Island. Full of warmth and character the cottage invites you to relax, unwind and just be.... Cosy up by the fire, read a book from the cottage library, indulge in some delicious local produce and enjoy the abundant birdlife and wonderful ocean views. Set on two acres, you can wander and explore the gardens, relax in the new barrel sauna and admire the beautiful wildlife.

Bruny Boathouse

The Bruny Boathouse is nestled on the waterfront with panoramic views across d'Entrecasteaux Channel, Satellite Island & Hartz Mountain propped up in the background. Centrally located in the township of Alonnah on the western side of Bruny Island, The Boathouse is an ideal place to base yourself for everything that Bruny has to offer. After arriving on popular Bruny island it is a joy to leave the crowd behind as you wind down the private road through towering trees to the shores of sheepwash bay. Designed with couples in mind the shack is the perfect place for relaxation and romance. Set on the waterfront, in a national park like setting it offers an intimate retreat to call home during your exploration of Bruny Island. Home to the bruny baker you will awaken to the smell of sourdough baking .

Private, self-contained cabin in the Huon Valley close to Cygnet (7 min), Bruny Island & Hobart (50 min), Hartz Mountain National Park & World Heritage Area (1 hr). Bush surrounds, stunning views of the Huon River & Hartz mountains. Beaches, bushwalking, markets, relax by the fire or on the deck & admire the view. Markets every week in the valley, including the Cygnet market 1st & 3rd Sunday of the mth, Willie Smith's Artisan & Farmers Market every Saturday, 10-1.

Aalto Cottage Bed and Breakfast!

Aalto Cottage is a self contained studio cottage situated in Lunawanna on Daniels Bay. This is the quiet, private area of Bruny Island but close to many walks and attractions on the Island. The cottage is near the family home but has many trees and shrubs to provide privacy for guests. We will only interact if you require some help. We are inclusive hosts and welcome people from all walks of life
