Me and my boyfriend booked this stay as a spontaneous night away, the same day as check in. Megan was very kind to let us stay with such short notice- especially in such a lovely place. We had everything we needed plus the luxury of the Hot tub which made it extra special.

Losehill lodge is a fantastic place to stay with family and four-legged friends. We enjoyed a week here this spring with 6 adults, 2 children and 3 dogs. A lovely communal living space and of course the hot tub was a welcome treat after hiking in the peaks. Winston John is very responsive and helpful.

Had a lovely stay! Great fenced off private location facing away from other campers, so felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The hot tub was a great addition and we had plenty of logs to fuel that as well as the pizza oven. Plenty of space inside the hut even with 4 of us and had everything we needed. There is an Asda express a 5 minute walk away which is useful! Jonathan was very helpful and made our stay super easy. Would definitely stay again :)

Lovely stay, cottage is hard to find at first as the address listed doesn’t take you directly to it. There is no parking for the property however parking is available on the road adjacent or in the village which is just a 2 minute walk. Some gifts were left which were a lovely touch and the beds were very comfy. The cottage felt very homely and was full of all the basics you need for cooking and cleaning etc. Overall very nice stay compared to some of my previous trips and I have recommended the cottage to family and friends.

If you're considering this, just book it! Great place, warm and clean with everything you could need. We felt very welcome, beautiful farm with animals and an orchard. Setting is great, 25 mins to Sheffield but 30 seconds to incredible countryside. If you want a relaxed place to explore the peaks, this ticks all the boxes. Already thinking about returning.

Brilliant stay at the owl lodge. everything was pristine clean and looked very pretty. I wish that we could of stayed an extra night we enjoyed it that much. We had booked into the Sauna, steam room and BBQ suite. all of which were very enjoyable and left us feeling very relaxed. The highlight was that when had woken from our nights sleep. The chickens had kindly come up to our lodge to visit us. We found this really cute 😊. All in all, a fantastic, relaxing stay and would fully recommend. Thank you for having us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hideaway hut is a perfect place to just go and switch off and fully relax. Everything has been thought of so well. It is a beautiful place in an amazing setting. Would definitely recommend and go again. Thank you again.

We had a fab stay, the souroundings were beautiful with lots of walks, my little one loved all of the animals. We had a great day at the lido which is a very short drive away. The house was clean and tidy and had everything you needed.

We had a wonderful experience staying in one of the yurts. The accommodation was clean and cosy. The small outdoor kitchen was equipped with all the essentials we needed. The hot tub was a great bonus! Our kids (9yrs & 5yrs) loved the hammock, the big open field, and the play area — perfect for keeping them entertained! The evenings were a bit chilly, but the heater in the yurt kept us warm and comfortable. We also appreciated having our own private toilet and shower, which were kept very clean and was just a short walk away. A special thanks to Michael, the host, who welcomed us personally at check-in and took the time to show us around. He was very friendly and made us feel at home. Overall, a peaceful, family-friendly getaway — we’d definitely return!
