If here for a wedding, we are conveniently located 8-10 minutes from Seven Paths Manor, Rose Hill Plantation and around 12 minutes from Amazing Grace Venue in Louisburg. We are only 40 minutes to Raleigh, 50 minutes to RDU, 20 minutes to either Wilson or Rocky Mount.

On just over 2 acres you can Relax and “Reset” at our peaceful and spacious getaway. Enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the country but be minutes from restaurants, shopping, downtown Wake Forest and all of the wonderful things our community has to offer. Our land hosts amazing sunrises and sunsets and a star show at night that you most definitely don’t get in town! June of 2021 we finished up a complete re-design/remodel of our modern farmhouse so everything is updated fresh and new!

Antler & Oak (Wheless Farms, LLC)

Set in the country for a Peaceful setting where you can hear the birds sing and see our beautiful flowers and enjoy sitting on the front porch and relaxing. We originally started as a Bed & Breakfast called Antler & Oak in Franklin County, located just north of Raleigh and East of Wake Forest. The place is 100 years old, renovated the front portion for use to accommodate guests. Guests have full access to the space including a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths.

Cabin Retreat Near Town

Relax with the whole family in this warm and spacious cabin nestled on 11 wooded acres. A long gravel driveway leads you beside two beautiful horse farms with your private retreat tucked away in the woods. You will enjoy all of the benefits of a private, wooded retreat while conveniently located just minutes from all that Wake Forest, Youngsville, and Franklinton have to offer. Screened porches, a spacious open concept living room/kitchen area, with two adorable bedrooms.

Cozy Coop Barn Apartment on Hobby Farm

Cozy and modern apartment inside a working hobby farm barn. Upstairs holds one bedroom with a queen bed. Loft area upstairs has a convertible futon with a TV/blue ray/dvd. Downstairs is a nearly full eat in kitchen (only missing a stove) and the spacious bathroom with stand up shower. A grill is also available on the large covered porch. Guests have access to large covered porch, playground and yard area. Farm chores done 2 times daily. Pets allowed with fee.

Lola’s Farmhouse Retreat

Stay on a working fiber/lavender farm convenient to the Raleigh/Durham area - 20 min. from Interstate 85 & 50 min. from 95. Interact with our alpacas, sheep, llamas, Angora goats, donkeys, & more. Shop our farm store, stroll the property, feed treats to our animals. Twenty stairs lead up to the 700 sq ft over-the-garage apartment with private entrance. Includes a king bed & pullout couch.

The Cottage at Summer Meadows (Adults Only)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil adults only getaway on this quaint horse farm. At this newly renovated one bedroom cottage you can enjoy your favorite beverage in a rocking chair on the porch, lounge by the pool, roast marshmallows by the fire pit or relax in the hot tub. The King Size bed is comfortable. The luxury bathroom has heated tiles.
