We had a fantastic stay in this lovely shack in Beaumaris. Polly and Alex were wonderful to communicate with, everything was so easy and we had everything we needed. The house was lovely with a big secure yard for our puppy to play in and the location was just perfect. Couldn’t recommend this place more for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay on Tassie’s east coast.

Our trip was short and sweet - but we wish we had booked longer! Location and accommodation was simply stunning, couldn't have asked for more. Lots of little touches that made us feel relaxed and in holiday-mode! Thanks for having us!

The house was perfect for a lovely relaxing week away with a young family. The fully fenced backyard overlooking the reserve was a perfect backdrop to enjoy the peace and quiet of Scamander. We walked to the river each day, played on the large open space outside the back fence. The fireplace was a nice change of pace. Thanks for having us

I’ve had an amazing time at Tim’s home. It feels like a home, it’s very clean and cozy. Tim is a wonderful person and I really enjoyed our chats. He made homemade pizza and even served me breakfast the next morning. The location is great if you want to go to Bay of Fires.

Fantastic holiday house in a spectacular location. The home has a warm feel and is very comfortable with all the requirements for cooking. It is really well furnished and has comfortable bedding. Loved having access to a microplane and proper coffee machine! You get nature views from all of the windows and can lounge in a beautiful bay window to read if the weather is not so great. It is a great base for different activities. You can walk or drive to different beaches and it is close to other walks in nearby mountains (this information is provided by the host). The local pizza place is the only cafe in Binalong Bay and it was a beautiful spot to have dinner on our last night. As has previously been mentioned this is a holiday home not a hotel so there are some quirks. I think someone previously mentioned mirrors in bathrooms for shaving but that is pretty much the case for any beach house and there are easy work arounds. We had such a relaxing time it was hard to leave!

We enjoyed our stay in Falmouth — Scamander was our absolute favourite family spot with the cafe overlooking the playground and the most amazing beach for shells and wildlife spotting! Just gorgeous! Views from the main bathroom were lovely.

Good location for exploring east coast, near playground and river mouth inlet. Great views. Lots of bedrooms for large family or groups. It was great having a little toy area and box for the kids.

Beautiful location and we had a nice cabin with a large deck. We saw lots of wildlife and the beach nearby was great for a short walk. We will definitely be coming back.

Stayed for a wedding in the district , great location, fabulous facilities in the resort and Villas very clean , neat and tidy . Easy communication with Lyn. Would stay again .

Great spot in east coast, beach access literally at your backyard. Rare opportunity for beach lover or surfer to get down to the water within 3 mins. Build in restaurant, winery and excellent facilities like swimming pool, game room and laundry. We rented villa 8 and 9 to suit a large group of people which is very convenient in remote area as bigger house is impossible to find.

Wir haben sehr spontan gebucht und sofort eine nette Antwort und die Buchungsbestätigung bekommen. Die Wohnung ist riesengroß, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. Wir haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Seaview ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Share place is stunning - immaculately clean and well appointed with everything you could wish for and the location is stunning - a little slice of paradise. Shar was wonderful with her communication and so helpful. Thanks Shar for a wonderful stay - just wish we could have stayed longer. We would have no hesitation in recommending Shars place as a perfect luxury getaway.

Gail’s place was in a picture perfect location. The house was spotless with plenty of different areas for large families or groups. We enjoyed sitting and looking at the view from the lounge room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing house! It has the most sensational panoramic views of the beautiful white beach and turquoise ocean that is right at the doorstep of this absolute beachfront home! One of best places we have ever stayed. It delivers on every front and provides a clean, restful, uncluttered environment to simply sit, reflect and enjoy to most magical ocean views with the best sunrise imaginable and then lovely, filtered, natural lighting throughout the day. There is nothing we would ask more of any host and for any want or need - simply the best.

A lovely place to go with 2 young children. They loved the toy selection! Easy walking distance to park and shop
