Just 2 blocks or a 5 minute walk to the beautiful white sandy beach and a few feet from the canal and heated pool. Visit nearby restaurants, John's Pass Boardwalk and live music.

Enjoy peaceful relaxation and serene sunsets in this top floor condo on the beautiful Isla Del Sol. The large private balcony, which overlooks the private beach and community pool, has plenty of seating options for enjoyment throughout your day in paradise. Inside, a king bed, two twin beds, and a queen size sofa bed offer comfort and versatility. This condo features an updated kitchen, bathrooms, and styling throughout. Only a short walk or bike ride to the Don Cesar or several top beaches!

Located in the heart of historic Pass-a-Grille steps away from the Gulf beach. Live music, marine wildlife and beach combing abound! The colors of the sunsets don't even look real, but they are...they are amazing. PAG is mostly a quiet little historic town reminiscent of early Florida. For big savings, skip renting a car and just Uber from airport and use free ride or Uber to get around and Instacart to deliver groceries. It does get busy on weekends and holidays and parking can be tight.

Truly an "Old Florida" experience with original pine floors, Florida room and covered porches, as well as updated kitchen and bathroom. This house, uniquely built near ground level, allows it to be waterfront on the beach while shaded by huge pine trees. You won't find a more tranquil setting on the beach.

Enjoy an intimate and relaxing stay on the best stretch of the St. Pete Beach of Pass-a-Grille. Walk out your door to the white sand towards the famous Don Cesar or dine on your deck facing the water. Free parking, 2 bikes, SUP board, towels, umbrella, beach chairs, & cooler! We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. We love long term guests but understand not everyone can do this and simply need a little escape! 🤍

Historic Holly House on Treasure Island

This charming Beach Cottage is located in the Coney Island area of Treasure Island. This unique set of Key West Style beach cottages are on the beach block only STEPS to the beach! This awesome beach cottage, known as The Historic Holly House, has some unique history. In 1961 the New York Yankees rented out all the cottages in this Coney Island area for spring training. This cottage was the one the Home Run King Roger Maris stayed in before he went on to hit 61 home runs that season.

This cozy spot overlooking a lush tropical garden is just steps from a white sand beach & walking distance to dozens of laid back beach bars, live music & dining. Please note: There’s no guest parking on-site, but paid parking is nearby as well as a frequent public trolley.

Unit 206 is a BAYSIDE unit. Gulf Gate Resort is a BEACHFRONT complex. Our unit has a washer/dryer, full kitchen, assigned covered parking next to the elevator. Down the elevator and your just a few steps to the beach! Amenities include an Exercise Room, Free Wi-Fi (5G ), secured entrance/elevator, Beach Front Pool, Pavilion w/ Gas Grills & Hot Tub leading to your Private Beach. Max 4-person occupancy is strictly enforced. NO PETS are allowed on the Resort.
