Had a peaceful best friend getaway from the busy nurse life. Very clean and accommodating.

The condo was excellent and was exactly as described. Loved how close it was to the beach and walkable to shopping, restaurants and activities. Can’t wait to come back!

I was impressed as soon as I opened the door to Alison’s unit at Boca Ciega Resort. The studio condo was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and updated throughout. The view from the condo was outstanding, overlooking the stunning Boca Ciega Bay. The sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking. Alison responded promptly when I encountered a minor issue entering the unit. I highly recommend Alison's place and will definitely return.

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

A true gem of a home from a bygone era. Old Florida at its best. The kids loved stepping right off the porch into the sand. Perfect for walks with the kites and shelling. Home is in great shape despite the recent hurricanes. Thanks for a memorable stay!

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

i use airbnb quite a bit... had an issue with kuerig not turning on after i had my kcups delivered from Amazon. Thomas response was within like 15 minutes after i notified him after 9 pm and had a new kuerig at our front door by 6 am ..no interruption. Condo is beautiful and comfortable with heated pool, hot tub just a few steps from front door..Loved our stay..thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay the location, the views are spectacular. So homey and comfortable. A great place for a quite getaway but also plenty to do if you wanted to grab something to eat or sight seeing. Definitely recommend and hope to stay again son.

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had a large crew with us and never felt crammed. Our favorite spot was the table outside, under the house. The neighborhood is quiet, except for the dog across the way, but it was never a problem. The swamp smelled a little. The location is top notch - conveniently close to resturants and beaches. We recommend staying here if you have a large group who like their privacy!

Had a great stay at Anna’s place 4 mins from the beach ! We had a group of 4 . Everyone enjoyed the layout of the home. A little space for each of us . We enjoyed a few days out ( one day in Tampa) and one full day of “ pool time “ Thanks again , everyone really enjoy your home and the area was very convenient to bounce around for some nice day trips .

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and right on the beach. Dave was very responsive and made great recommendations on local restaurants. We will definitely rent this unit again!

This was our family’s second stay at Eric’s house and it was everything that we remembered from the first! So comfortable for our family of 4- enough privacy for the teens with an amazing outdoor space for all of us to be together! From morning coffee watching the birds to evenings listening to the fish jump with fun pool time in between… we enjoyed our time and will be back!

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

Place was very nice, perfect location. A few suggestions would be to have something for shade on the patio, you cannot sit out there in the afternoon, sun is directly on you and there was allot of bird droppings which is disgusting. Also a mop for the floors, they we’re pretty dirty and some cleaning supplies.

Location was perfect, close to beach, restaurants and shops. Place had all the amenities we needed, clean and beautiful views from balconies. Kay was very responsive to any questions I had and helpful. Would stay again if needed in the future!

2 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches. great restaurants close by. Can rent golf carts, bikes etc to get around. Very laid back and peaceful, never a stressful moment.

The condo was just as expected. Beautiful, clean and in the perfect location! Beautiful view of the ocean and right across the street from all the action at Johns pass. Our family felt right at home and there was everything you needed and more for the stay. The host was very tentative and communicated well with us. Definitely will be booking again!

We had a great stay at Lisa's place! We visited Gulfport last year and loved it so much we came back. The neighbourhood is so warm and friendly. It is the perfect combination of being vibrant with activity during the day and peacefully quiet at night. Lisa's property itself is delightful! Charming decor with comfortable couches and beds. The ceiling fans were great for ventilation with open windows, which were great for getting fresh air while we slept. The walls are thick enough that while you can occasionally hear that there are other occupants in the other units, it's not loud enough to be bothersome. The backyard was a beautiful place to just sit and relax and enjoy the view or read a book, with plenty of options for sun or shade, whatever you feel like!

Enjoyed the stay. Wasn’t too crowded during our 4 day respite. Some amenities close by as well. 👍😃
