Steps from cafés, tavernas, shops, and the promenade, yet elevated for privacy and tranquility.

Villa Avaton is a jewel of pure and sophisticated Skopelitian architecture: a 140 square meters, two-level property, all in white, perched on a hillside with breath-taking, panoramic views over the Skopelos town and Alonissos boasting a large open plan living area indoors and outdoors and offering privacy and seclusion in a very idyllic spot. A stylishly remodelled village house, situated in the heart of Skopelos Town. This bright, spacious property boasts a roof terrace with panoramic views of the village, Palouki mountain, the port and Alonnissos island. The house is set among lively alleys teeming with shops, cafés, bars, bakeries and restaurants. The port with its tavernas, cafés and lively, yet sedate, nightlife is only a stone's throw away.

"anemelia" cottage - a touch with nature

Right across from the town of Skopelos, at a height of 250m, in the area of Santa Marina, you can find the traditional (100 years old fully renovated) cottage “Anemelia” (Carefreeness). Our guests can enjoy not only raw water from the spring but also a very peaceful environment with almost all the comforts of the modern world (wi-fi, satellite TV), in a carefree vacation for youths and adults.

Nested in the beautiful mountain hills of Stafylos beach, Pigi Cottage has everything you will need to spend your holiday in a memorable way. Being secluded right above the beach, will give you the long waited piece and quietness you were looking for all year. The cottage is self catering with all the amenities you will need to prepare your breakfast and dinner.

Pefko House, great Skopelos view

Unique and tranquil getaway house with great views of Skopelos port & town. Kitchen opens up to family room, one master bedroom (double bed) with bathroom, a second bedroom (two single beds), a second bathroom and a loft (two single beds, shown as bedroom 3 in photo tour). Not chain link fenced from the rocks below therefore not recommended for toddlers.

Nisaia

Niriides were nymphs of the sea. They possessed the power to disturb and calm the waters. Nisaia was one of them. Together with her sister, Niso, they had under their jurisdiction the islands. We gave our house her name, as to whichever direction you look, you can view the mountain of Dirfi on Euboea, the bay of Stafylos, and always the big blue...
