It's newly fully renovated and offers high-end interior, premium appliances (Viking, Monogram.....) & quality beddings, etc. We are new hosts who've been working for high tech companies for years and are still learning about hosting. Our detached guesthouse is centrally located in DTSJ near Japantown, features a king-sized, ultra-comfortable bed and cold mini split A/C system in the bedroom that guarantees a restful night's sleep. A fully equipped kitchen for chefs and for those who need to work during their stay, an automatic ergonomic sit-stand desk. The outdoor oasis includes a huge 65 inch Smart TV, ambient lighting, outdoor ceiling fan, propane fire pit, and dining and lounging area. Street parking is free and ample.
