Schöne, idyllische Ferienwohnug unter alten Linden auf ruhigem Vierseitenhof im Wald zwischen Stechlinsee und Roofensee. Beide Seen sind mit dem Fahrrad in 15 min durch den Wald zu erreichen - 5 Min mit dem Auto. Insgesamt gibt es 4 Ferienwohnungen auf dem großen, ehemaligen Gutshof. Bis zu 25 Personen haben Platz - also auch ideal für Familientreffen, Feste und Hochzeiten. Es gibt Fahrräder, ein Trampolin, eine Spielwiese, Kaninchen, einen kleinen Spielplatz, und morgens kommt der Bäcker.

Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung ist als Einliegerwohnung Teil unseres Einfamilienhauses in Paretz. Unser schöner Garten darf gerne gemeinschaftlich mit unseren Tieren (Hund, Katze und Schaf) geteilt werden und lädt zum Entspannen und Verweilen ein. Naturliebhaber und Ruhesuchende kommen in Paretz ganz sicher auf ihre Kosten; ob beim Spaziergang in dem Naturschutzgebiet der "Paretzer Erdlöcher" oder auch beim entspannten Baden in der nur 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichenden Havel-Badestelle.

Dieser von Wald-, Seen- und Feldlandschaft umgebene Dreiseitenhof nahe der märkischen Eiszeitstraße wurde kürzlich aufwendig saniert. Der Hof verfügt über eine Alleinlage und ist über eine Allee zugänglich. Auf dem Gelände sind die Feldsteinmauern eines alten Stalls als malerische Ruine erhalten worden. 2 Badeseen sind fussläufig erreichbar. Wer Natur und Ruhe schätzt, wird es hier lieben!

This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a cosy sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

Beautiful, 160m2 (or 1700 square feet) apartment in an older building with stucco and high ceilings close to the main station in the heart of Berlin (area Berlin-Mitte). We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.
