Within the plot there are parking spaces and a large well-kept garden. It is a comfortable and spacious house with 3 bedrooms(1 queen-size bed, 3 single beds and a sofa-bed), 2 bathrooms, an open plan living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room/dining room/kitchen have state of the art AC, as well as all of the bedrooms.
