La maison est au coeur du village médiéval de Tivegna, à 15 km de Spezia, en pleine nature. La maison est sur deux étages, restaurée dans son style original. Sur la place du village, il y a un parking à 100 mètres de la maison. Il y a quelques étapes pour y arriver. La maison dispose d'une cuisine, de trois chambres doubles, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain privée. L'entrée est indépendante. Il est fortement recommandé d'arriver en voiture. They are surrounded by beautiful greenery, within a hectare of private olive grove, and are located on a beautiful hill overlooking a natural amphitheatre with views down to the sea. After driving a mountain road, you will find yourself immersed in nature. Please note: there are two points where the road narrows due to ongoing construction work in the final km. The house features three bedrooms, a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is located on the ground floor next to the game room, which is equipped with billiards, darts ecc. In the private garden, you will find a hot tub (available as an extra service upon reservation), a BBQ.
