We loved our stay at this property. The house is much more historic and lived in, if you are after a pristine and modern stay, this might not be the place for you. But the house more than made up for it in character and cozy vibes, and it fit in perfectly in the charming historic neighborhood in Marblehead. The area has a lot of wonderful spots you can walk to, and the host provided historical information about the area and the house as well! We were so grateful for John’s proactive communication, we didn’t have any issues but I’m confident if we had he would have quickly resolved them! Overall my family had a wonderful weekend and we spent the drive home saying home much we’d love to make another trip in the summer to enjoy the ocean more!! Thanks John for a memorable weekend!

Beautiful getaway right outside of Boston in a lovely town I would recommend Dean’s place to anyone visiting Boston that did not want to stay in the busy city but fairly close. The home was a unique with a great small back yard, parking, fire pit this tiny home is perfecto.

What a treat to spend a couple of days at this wonderful home. The house itself is very nice, comfortable and well stocked, but walking out to the back deck and seeing the river with all of its wildlife was amazing. So peaceful and quiet, a great place for a morning coffee or afternoon wind down. I will definitely be back, highly recommend!

My two adult children and I stayed here with our two dogs while my wife was having surgery in Boston. The location was great. Car ride to the Longwood medical area was about 25 minutes. The neighborhood consists of single family homes on small lots, not at all fancy but entirely safe as far as we could tell. We were just a few short blocks from a school playing field where leashed dogs were welcome, and other dog-walkers were often on the street in the morning and evening. The house is a bit quirky. There is no seating in the kitchen, but the dining area is very spacious although located down a short hallway from the kitchen. Each of the three bedrooms was more than ample and very quiet at night. We slept well. As we stayed more than a week we were grateful that laundry facilities were present in the basement. Roosevelt was an excellent host and quick to respond to my requests. I would definitely stay in his place again should a similar situation arise.

I booked the Royal Suite for a friend visiting from England. She felt very comfortable there, and the beauty of the home and specifically the property is amazing. I am sad to see the owners have the property for sale, as I love knowing they are animal lovers and clearly love the Swan, Willow, who resides on the river bank, and take great care of the house and gardens. Wishing them luck in whatever endeavor they choose next. I hope the new owners consider keeping the suites on Airbnb, since there's nothing like it in the area. It's exceptionally beautiful and special.

The property was stunning and impeccably clean, matching the description perfectly. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the convenient location with a trail to see horses and access to the lake. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we are looking forward to returning with our family. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide garage access to the house for elderly guests who may have difficulty with stairs, as the pathway, although beautiful, was quite lengthy for my elderly parents. Nonetheless, we all had a fantastic time. Thank you.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The location is beautiful. The house is spacious and comfortable with gorgeous views of the lake from almost all the living spaces. Our hosts were so helpful with information and went above and beyond to help us have a great Easter celebration with our family. We even had perfect weather everyday which allowed us to enjoy the huge deck overlooking the lake. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The apartment is located on a main street in Cambridge - easy to walk to a variety of restaurants (with a wonderful bakery close by), the MBTA Red Line and bus stops. Once set up, the non-key access system worked great. The apartment was very clean and had the amenities shown in the AirBnB listing. When there were questions, Jonah Magno was very responsive. Renters should be aware that this is a studio apartment, which means there is little room for using the fold-out twin bed. It can be done, but think the apartment works best for 1 or 2 people that will only use the king bed.

My wife and I were in Cambridge for work and we spent the entire month of February in this apartment, along with our dog. We were very happy with the unit, which looks exactly like in the pictures and is on the 17th floor of a tall building, with a very nice view of its surroundings. A nearby parking spot was included in the rental and proved extremely convenient. We were very glad that the building has a gym, since it was so cold outside. The location is excellent: there is a T stop 2 min away and there are many delicious restaurants & coffee shops within walking distance. Harvard is a ~20min walk away and MIT only ~10 min away. The rental itself is quite pricey but you get what you pay for, and the hosts are very responsive. We would be happy to stay here again!

We really loved our stay here! The place is in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants around, super close to the T and bus stops, and just a few minutes from HMart, which was super convenient. The apartment was clean, comfy, and nicely furnished. I used the gym a few times—it was a great perk. The view from the room was awesome too. The host was super helpful and made everything easy, especially with explaining how to use the Latch app to get into the building and room. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The location was excellent, with easy access to MIT, Harvard, and many nearby restaurants. Communication was very good—responses were always quick, which made coordinating easy. It was a bit challenging to manage communication with three different people, but everyone was helpful, and we appreciated the fast replies. There was a small issue with the address in the listing, but that wasn’t the host's fault, and they helped us find our way. The room itself was spotless, with a fantastic view, and the building had wonderful shared facilities, including a terrace, common lounge, and gym. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Central location in Cambridge, everything is close by, great for a business trip, amenity space available, neighbours window literally looking into your bed, if you are sensitive you need to lower the window shades

The Little House was very cleaned and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I was in town for work and the house's cozy atmosphere and view of the pond made it a great place to unwind and relax at the end of a long work day. I felt right at home. I would love to return on future business trips and it would be great to stay sometime for a more leisurely vacation. Highly recommend!

I stayed with Nancy to start a new job for a month. Nancy was so helpful and caring. It was so nice to come back 'home' and walk in the woods or to the beach - what a sweet neighborhood. You do have to deal with some quirky things - like the aggressive neighborhood turkeys - but if you care about the environment (reduce/recycle) and enjoy walking/hiking/water sports, this place is for you.

We were delighted with our stay. Everything was exactly as expected. It's a lovely lakeside cottage. We would happily return should our plans bring us back to the area. Thanks!

Absolutely beautiful location. Home was very cozy. Love the kitchen! Brian is a great host. Extremely proactive, helpful and gave great recommendations. Neighborhood is quiet and those around are friendly. Definitely recommend staying at this location again. Wish I would have stayed in warmer weather to utilize the property to its full potential.

We booked our stay for a couple of nights away for our family of 4. Talita and Vinny were very welcoming to their adorable place! The cottage is right on the water on the very clean and lovely lake. We had everything we needed and I loved the way the place was decorated. We really enjoyed the stand up paddle boards and the shaded seating area. Our kiddos (9 and 11) we very happy hanging in the hot tub and tossing bread to the blue gills. Good food options nearby - we really enjoyed George's Surf n' Turf. I recommend this stay and hope to be back in the future!
