It has since been updated with renovations to bring back the charm and beauty of the mid-century modern era and preserving a sense of nostalgia. It is located 2 miles from upscale town of Rosemary Beach and exclusive 30A area. The surrounding area is "no high-rise" residential part of town. Main PCB attractions like Pier Park Mall, "Believe it or Not" Arcade, food and shopping venues, St. Andrews Park and Marina are within 10-20 min drive. Destin and Panama City downtown are 30 min away.
