Syros - Ermoupoli Municipality : locations de vacances en bord de mer

We spent 16 days at this lovely house - hosted by the warm and friendly Froso and her sweet husband. The house is great - solid, good quality and beautifully situated on top of the mountain with spectacular views of the ocean - and especially of the magical sunsets. We loved the "Kiosk" = out door Kitchen, but due to strong winds we could only use it some of the time. The indoor kitchen is also super nice with a great terrace with a dining table in front of the indoor kitchen. There is a super nice downstairs bedroom with aircon and a big bathroom. The upstairs bedroom doesn't have aircon and there is no door to close to into the bedroom though. Froso and her husband live in a different part of the house, which turned out to be a big plus: We felt like we had a couple of warm, loving and caring grand parents taking care of us - helping us with all our needs during our visit. We can absolutely recommend this house and these two lovely hosts to anyone wanting to visit lovely Tinos.

The Welcome Home Port View apartment is very centrally located right opposite the ferry terminal. Access is easy with lift to 3rd floor. Excellent view of the port and activities. Everything for an enjoyable stay, good kitchen, quiet main bedroom, lounge area spacious with additional room with twin beds to the side through sliding doors. Very good bathroom. The apartment is very well fitted out with new fittings and recently redecorated with a new feel. Iavankia was a very good host, friendly and responsive to any queries we had.

Το διαμέρισμα ότι πραγματικά χρειάζεσαι για να μείνεις στην Ερμούπολη. Στο κέντρο της πόλης κοντά κυριολεκτικά στα πάντα, στο λιμάνι, στην παραλία, στα μαγαζιά. Αλλά αυτό που πραγματικά ξεχωρίζεις είναι ο Κ.Νικος ένας ευγαινεστατος κύριος που ότι χρειάστηκα ήταν εκεί και με έκανε πραγματικά να νιώσω άνετα και φιλόξενα. Όλα άψογα

Άνετη διαμονή με μεγάλη αυλή που βοήθησε με τα παιδιά. Υπέροχοι οικοδεσπότες. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ περάσαμε τέλεια!!

We enjoyed the hospitality from our hosts. Ms Zoi made our stay all the more pleasant. Helped us with checking in, brought toys for our little boy and sweets. The place is spacious enough for 3-4 people, clean with new furniture and all amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and there's parking space nearby (mind the usual Syros steps). Really appreciated the late checkout. Definitely recommended!

La mia esperienza presso la casa di Sotiris a Tinos è stata davvero positiva. Anche se la casa non risulta facilmente raggiungibile (c'è un chilometro di sterrato con pendenze superiori al 10%) la vista è davvero mozzafiato perfetta per chi ama vivere l'atmosfera autentica dell'isola. La casa è ben organizzata, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La connessione Wi-Fi potrebbe essere migliorata, l’acqua e l’elettricità possono andare a singhiozzo in altissima stagione, ma sono dettagli che non hanno minimamente intaccato la qualità del nostro soggiorno. Sotiri e la sua famiglia sono stati eccezionali, sempre disponibili e cortesi.

Great place, close to everything, I loved the cute garden. The host was kind enough to provide extra towels for my friend and was lenient with the check out. They even gifted me a box of local sweets. I would totally choose it again for my stay in Syros.

Tinos is a hidden gem and the house is well positioned between Tinos Town and Pyrgos just up the hill from a lovely local beach enjoying great views over the Aegean sunsets. It is one of a small group of apartments with their own terraces a shared pool. The house is well furnished and very comfortable. We were welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay with any issues quickly resolved. Lovely house on a lovely island. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic five days at Aqua Blu. We were lucky that we had the entire place (4 cottages/apartments plus pool) to ourselves. It’s well equipped, very quiet, great if small pool and literally 5 mins for the best beach (and beach bar) on the island. There is also a cheap good quality Taverna onsite, and boats for hire at the end of the drive. We reckon it’s the best location on the island!

We had a fabulous week's stay with family and our little fluffy pup. Dimitra (the host) was super friendly, went above and beyond to recommend the best places, helped us book a boat and wine tour locally, always responsive, attentive, very polite and just amazingly hospitable. She even sourced some local wines for us on arrival on request, and we were met with a beautiful basket of local delicacies. We felt right at home. The property is modern and minimalistic, small but intimate and cute, with amazing sunset views and sits right above the best beach/bay on the island, a 2-min. walk away. The property and pool was cleaned every morning, the staff were super polite, you never felt intruded or interrupted. The only small downside I found was there were no en-suite bathrooms, which was not a major issue other than we were sharing with parents. Also don't trust the GPS here, it takes you via off-roads, ask for directions. Will definitely be returning. Thanks Dimitra! for a great week!

We had a wonderful week here and will happily return. The view from both balcony and living room is superb, with a view out to some of the other islands on a clear day. The location is very quiet, and it is lovely to just sit there and relax. Because of the layout of the different balconies, it is always possible to find a shaded location, which is nice when trying to get a bit of respite from the sun. The pool is clean and very refreshing, and there is plenty of space to lie/sit around it, though not much natural shade (but there are parasols) The apartment is clean and comfortable, and had all we needed to prepare breakfast and a couple of basic meals. It's in a quiet part of the island, but there is a nice taverna at the bottom of the hill, and another restaurant within easy walk. The two beaches are also within an easy walk and are both very pleasant. There is also a mini-market, though it was closed when we tried to use it. Communication with the host was fantastic

Ήταν η πρώτη φορά που επισκεφτήκαμε το νησί της Τήνου, ο ιδιοκτήτης όπως και ο επιστάτης που φρόντιζε το σπίτι καθημερινά ευγενέστατοι & πάντα πολύ εξυπηρετικοί . Το κατάλυμα πεντακάθαρο , πιο όμορφο από τις φωτογραφίες, κατάλληλο για οικογένεια αλλά και για ζευγάρια. Επίσης, βρίσκεται σε μοναδική τοποθεσία, σε φοβερό κόλπο, με πανέμορφη θέα & μπροστά ακριβώς η πιο ωραία παραλία του νησιού 1’ με τα πόδια και πολύ ήσυχα. Αναμφισβήτητα όταν ξαναέρθουμε στο νησί η GL VILLA θα είναι η πρώτη μας επιλογή. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

I cannot fully articulate how truly MAGICAL our stay was. Our hosts were so very attentive, kind, and thoughtful. They even recommended a special event during Easter weekend that we wouldn’t have known about otherwise. The home was CLEAN, beautiful and had everything we could have wanted and more. The views were gorgeous and with the beach and restaurants right at our door step, there was nothing more we could have needed! I have nothing critical to share and wish I could come back every year. Divine! Book this space, you will not regret it.

The house was lovely and I think better than it looked on the pictures. Very spacious, peaceful and with lots of privacy (even though it doesn't look like that on the pictures). 3 bathrooms which is ideal for larger groups and with an amazing patio: peaceful, spacious and with amazing view). I would surely recommend it to anyone, including larger groups of friends and family. Only point of improvement (even though it is not at all the host's fault) with regards to the location is that you need to drive about 300m-400m at a very bad off-road. This needs to be fixed as the whole bay must have a problem with that. All-in-all, happy with our choice. The house contributed significantly to our very good time at Tinos. I will be returning back to it next time I am in the island!

We stayed a villa Annita for a week as a family of 5; parents, & 24, 22 & 19 year old children. The house had plenty of rooms and space to accommodate us all generously and we had a brilliant time. House itself is charming and spacious with good outdoor areas and wonderful sea view facing south. Lovely garden also. There is great swimming off the rocks below - not too tricky to enter - and a super little beach with v easy access only five minutes walk away. Local town easy 12 minute walk on safe roads with good restaurants, bakery and supermarket. We loved the area. It’s also a great base to explore rest of wonderful Syros; Ermoupolis town (twice & take swimmers as great bathing platform in heart of town), Delphini beach and Kini beach (lovely resort). Nowhere more than 20 mins by car. Annita and George were wonderful hosts from start to finish. Highly recommend Villa Annita and Syros to anyone.

great location steps away from a couple of great beaches. we loved to walk to the small cove just behind the church. the bus stop is also close, enabling you to explore the island without a car: we loved an evening out in Ermopoulis. Flat is well equipped for cooking and spending time in on a comfy sofa ( if you really have to, as the surrounding area is beautiful). nice interiors, mostly new. All clean. easy check in with Babis.

La casa è esattamente come nelle foto se non più bella, si gode di un tramonto spettacolare sulla splendida terrazza. Abbiamo molto sfruttato anche il bel barbecue (attenzione però dovete preconcordarlo con l'host ed essere prudenti visto il molto vento e il rischio di incendi). la spiaggia sotto casa è bellissima e anche le calette vicine sono spettacolari. Aria condizionata in due stanze su tre. Nikos è stato gentilissimo e sempre reattivo alle nostre richieste, lasciandoci anche un ouzo di benvenuto con alcuni formaggi e salumi locali. super consigliato se si è in gruppo

One of the most magical AirBnB's I have ever stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. Truly a beautiful space.

L'alloggio è ancora più bello che in foto: pulito, accogliente e arredato con gusto. Posizione ideale, tranquilla ma vicino a tutto. Il padrone di casa e stato fantastico e super disponibile. Il quartiere è tranquillo, perfetto per rilassarsi, ma a pochi passi si possono trovare ristoranti e caffetterie locali, ideali per esplorare la cultura del luogo. La posizione è stata perfetta per scoprire le meraviglie circostanti senza rinunciare alla serenità del soggiorno. Questo e il mio secondo anno e di sicuro torno anche per il terzo. We rented Anastasio's place for a month. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, airy, full of light and and gorgeous views from every window. The beach- a 2 minute walk away, was beautiful and wonderful for swimming. The separate studio apt. was perfect for hosting friends. Perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful place right by the sea.
