Downtown South Lake Tahoe/Casino corridor 7 minutes away if you hit the light right. There are several stairs to achieve this view, but not to worry, I have someone that shovels the stairs on those snowy days.

Two minutes walk to the lake, clubhouse, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Accommodate 2 adults or a small family of 3. Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to prepare meals.

We are close to great restaurants, 3 miles to Heavenly & 4 miles to the casinos and Heavenly Village! Walk to the lake right from our place!
