Wake up in the morning to watch deer while enjoying your coffee on the porch. Main St. Tannersville is only an 8 min walk; with its nice selection of restaurants & shops. Hunter Mountain & Kaaterskill Falls are within a 10 min drive . Woodstock, Saugertise, Windham, Catskill & Kingston are within a 35 min drive.

The home is located in "CATSKILL PARK", only five mile away from the #1 most visited state park in New York, "NORTH SOUTH LAKE" where you can camp, picnic, hike, swim, sail, canoe, kayak or just experience the beautiful view of the "CATSKILL MOUNTAINS". The apartment is very spacious, secluded and safe with plenty of room for children to play. We have enjoyed this area most of our life's and have raised our kids up here, so I am sure you will too! We have 2 lovable pups that live on site.

Mountain Top Cozy Cabin is a quaint rustic totally restored and renovated Cabin on the mountaintop that my wife and I just completed. It features a gas Fireplace, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Walk to Main Street Tannersville Restaurants & shops. 5 min drive to Hunter Mountain. Minutes from trail heads that access the scenic Devil's path range. 10 min drive to North South Lake for swimming, biking, hiking trails, kayaking, & fishing. Sorry no children or infants, adults only.
