Wer aber ein einzigartiges Haus mit viel Charme und Geschichte sucht, und sich nicht daran stört, dass es zieht, dass das Fenster klemmt und hier wie da der Putz abbröckelt, der sollte unbedingt weiterlesen und das "Haus am Hügel" besuchen.

Das geräumige Bauernhaus von 1650 ist sehr gut saniert und liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist geeignet für Familien samt Groß-/Schwieger-/Eltern. Kinder sind willkommen. Lechbruck ist relativ klein, verfügt aber über eine gute Infrastruktur: 3 Supermärkten, Bäcker, Apotheke, Buchladen, verschiedenen Restaurants und einem italienischen Eiscafé.

Don't worry though, during the Pandemic Lockdown, we have completely renovated the Guesthouse down to even the plumbing and heating, ITS ALL NEW! Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
