Ardale House is a comfortable detached property in the quiet locality of Threlkeld ideal for walkers, families or small groups. It nestles under the impressive slopes of Blencathra. It is well situated near Keswick providing easy access to the many places of interest in the northern parts of the Lake District. A short walk takes you to a renowned hostelry or coffee shop in the village hall. There is immediate access to the fells as well as numerous circular walks in the vicinity.

Snug Cottage

Snug Cottage is located at the bottom of Blencathra. It’s a perfect base to explore all local walks and enjoy the local surroundings. Within a couple of minutes walk from Snug Cottage there is a lovely coffee shop & two pubs. We are 5-10 minutes to the Railway Line which is a 4 mile walk which takes you to the closest town, Keswick - here you will find supermarkets & shops. As well as stunning views and walks, we are happy to recommend day trips and things to do.

Beltie Barn is one of our luxury Lake District hideaways sitting in the valley surrounded by mountains - Blencathra to the north and Helvellyn to the south. The view from the floating king size bed in Beltie Barn is so picture perfect, you’ll have every reason to enjoy staying in there for as long as possible! And while you will want for nothing inside… there is a special treat outside… a calming seating area and our super special cedar wood hot tub.
