Bert’s apartment was excellent. It was even better in real life than on the pictures. We had two dogs and a toddler with us and were all very comfortable for the duration of our stay. Bert was an excellent host. Really friendly and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend a stay with him.

The flat was perfect. It was cosy just like a home away from home. The hosts were super quick in responding when i had difficulty finding the key box (which was my fault they explained it perfectly but after a long drive i was out of it). Super easy check in and check out, I’d definitely stay here again when in the area.

We stayed in the Loft. It was fantastic and cozy fireplace, full kitchen and comfy beds. There is a sweet cat on site always looking for a head scratch and just down the road is a standing stone, sandy (I’ll be it cold lol) beach, and ruins just behind the church. Stunning location and amazing owners. They really care about what they do and are quick with support and enthusiasm for the area. Would happily book this place again and again.

Vaste maison moderne, très bien équipée, confortable, bien chauffée. Literie remarquable, salon avec vue de rêve. Accueil de Pam chaleureux, panier d’accueil bien garni ( œufs frais, pain, biscuits vin) tout est fait pour se sentir à la maison. Pam et David sont discrets. Un seul mot: exceptionnel, probablement la meilleure adresse de nos 5 séjours en Écosse

The accommodation is beautiful and clean, the mattresses are extremely comfortable, the bedding and towels are very clean, the two toilets were well decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped. The living and dining room is very spacious, with a large TV and good sound. There are many restaurants nearby, and also supermarkets. Parking outside the house, which is so convenient. We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

This is a great location literally on the NC500. Quiet at night with stunning sunsets and sunrises. The bungalow has everything you need and it is lovely to sit in the sun lounge and relax after a day exploring. Garden is enclosed and safe for dogs. We were met on arrival by Steven and shown around. There are some stunning beaches locally and plenty to do for the three days we stayed. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our two day stay at Martin’s house. We had everything we needed and felt very welcome. Martin is a warm and friendly person who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The house provides in everything that is needed for your holiday. Ample parking nearby and simply put a beautiful house. We went to Orkney by ferry and explored the surrounding area, which is amazing. Plenty of large supermarkets nearby by car. We would love to be able to come back one time.

A lovely stay (2nd time) and everything we needed for a restful break. The accommodation is top class and the view is unbeatable. Linda was also really helpful when I had a query. I can’t recommend enough if you want a relaxing stay in quiet, gorgeous surroundings.

Melanie’s house was a really lovely place to stay . It was cosy and clean and well decorated . She had left a thoughtful welcome pack of bread and milk. The location was great with Highland coos as neighbours and a beach right in front of the house . We found loads of Groatie Buckies there ! Easy to find and easy to get to other parts of Orkney . 10 minutes from the St Margaret’s Hope ferry . I would definitely recommend this house !

This was the perfect family holiday location, the house had everything and more than we needed. You could walk to the beach from the house in 2 minutes. The beach was perfect for leisurely toddler strolls and evening runs. We cannot wait to plan our next trip, this home is an absolute gem of a find and we hope to return soon. Perfect location for catching ferry to Orkney. Beds were comfortable. Host very helpful.
