Vintage-style tiled bathroom and shower. High end window shades on all windows. Front patio area w/ BBQ grill. Private parking for 1vehicle on premises.

Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

Located in the heart of historic Pass-a-Grille steps away from the Gulf beach. Live music, marine wildlife and beach combing abound! The colors of the sunsets don't even look real, but they are...they are amazing. PAG is mostly a quiet little historic town reminiscent of early Florida. For big savings, skip renting a car and just Uber from airport and use free ride or Uber to get around and Instacart to deliver groceries. It does get busy on weekends and holidays and parking can be tight.

We love long term guests but understand not everyone can do this and simply need a little escape! 🤍

THE BEST condo at the resort. MOST updated & CLOSEST to the pool. KING bed The resort, Wander Residences, actually the name of the founder of the resort, appropriate for those who like to "wander"! A relaxed chill vibe, a resort of peace and not frenetic energy. Pool always a good temp, hot tub, lovely Clubhouse is a very nice addition. Pool table, free to use, a laundry, a small exercise facility and plenty of room to relax for a change of pace or location.
