A private terrace has also been thought of. The "Tilburg University" railway station is within walking distance, as is the walking forest. An AH, Subway and Taco Mundo are also nearby. This quietly located accommodation is tastefully decorated. Enjoy the birds and the space. Parking is free on the street.

Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een dagje Efteling 3km, Beeksebergen 19km of om te wandelen/fietsen/mountainbiken in de bosrijke omgeving met de Loonse en Drunense duinen op loopafstand. Het gastenverblijf is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt een prachtig landelijk uitzicht. Indeling: woonkamer, open keuken, 2 slaapkamers en badkamer. Vide: extra zithoek, tv en slaapruimte. Hoeve Coudewater is een zeer ruime eigentijdse vakantiewoning met privé-ingang en is onlangs gerenoveerd in een deel van een langgevelboerderij, waar ooit de koeienstal en hooizolder was. De woonruimte beschikt op de begane grond over een entree, een volledig ingerichte keuken, een eethoek en een zithoek met uitzicht op de koeienweide. Daarnaast zijn er in eigen tuin twee afzonderlijke terrassen. Op de bovenverdieping bevindt zich de badkamer en de zeer grote slaapkamer met "walk-in closet".

B&B The Holidayhouse is available to you, a spacious and cosy B&B holidayhouse in Loon op Zand, only 2 kilometers away from the Efteling. The Holidayhouse is spacious, approximately 65m2 and has all the amenities you need, is suitable for 5 people (+ 1 baby) and was originally an old farmhouse. You have your own parking, entrance, small kitchen, living room, toilet, shower, two bedrooms and garden with terrace.

Cozy and private studio, 4.5 km from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 22 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

Het voormalige koetshuis is omgebouwd tot een gezinsvriendelijk vakantiehuisje en geschikt voor max 5 personen. Geniet van de prachtige, landelijke tuin met volop speelmogelijkheden voor de kinderen. Ga op pad naar bv de Efteling, de Loonse en Drunsense duinen en geniet bij terugkomst van de rust en goede sfeer van dit huisje en de tuin.
