Das Chalet befindet sich auf einer Seehöhe von 1720 m, verfügt über eine Sauna und ist ganzjährig mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für Sommerurlauber gibt es Wander-und Mountainbikemöglichkeiten. Der Ossiachersee ist mit dem Auto in 25 Minuten zu erreichen.Im Winter befindet man sich mitten im Schigebiet Gerlitzen. Der Sessellift der Wörtherseeabfahrt ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Schitouren oder Schneeschuhwanderungen entlang der beschneiten Schipisten oder im Wald werden gerne unternommen.

Die Küche ist nagelneu und es gibt einen gemütlichen überdachten Balkon.

Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

It will take you 3 minutes walk to old center of Bled, 6 minutes walk to lake Bled, a few minutes walk to Bled castle. There are some bikes free of charge to get to Bled's favourite attractions even faster and more enjoyable :) (bikes are not new) In front of house are 3 parking spaces.. Just cross the road and there is a big kids playground, you can watch them from house :)

Dit is een ode aan de zomer in Karinthië: wandelen door alpenweides, mountainbiken over bergpaden, klettersteigen en suppen op heldere meren. Dit zijn allen activiteiten waar wij zelf van genieten en daarom wilden wij dit terug laten komen in de naam van één van de appartementen. Aantal gasten: 4 ( 1 x tweepersoonsbed + 1 x stapelbed)
