The bathroom has a large shower and tankless water heater. Full kitchen, gas fireplace and a 55" TV with Roku, that allows you to log into your own accounts and log out when you leave. Great deal so close to the shuttle! No additional fees for pets and the 12% Placer County transient tax is factored into the price.

Enjoy the serenity from the top unit in the building, and relax, knowing that not only do you have the full unit to yourself, none of the walls are shared either! WiFi is stable and fast - perfect for WFH. Located right behind the paid parking lot of Northstar's Village, this is as close as you can get without actually staying inside The Village itself!

It doesn't get better than this ski-in ski-out 1 bedroom condominium at Northstar. You cannot get much closer to the lifts than this condo with it’s balcony looking directly at the entrance to the Big Springs Gondola. Get a nice massage on the brand new whole body massage chair after a long day of skiing. + Hot tubs and gym! Catamount is the best building in Northstar Village.
