The small studio (18 sqm) is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, just few steps from the lake and thethe pier where the boats departs to the island . The studio and its large terrace offers panoramic view of the lake, the castle, the traditional settlement, the city and the mountains. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further is the lively pedestrian street of the old market.

To xωριό μας βρίσκεται σε υψόμετρο 1000m και απέχει μόλις 20 km από τον κόμβο Ανατολικού Ζαγορίου της Εγνατίας Οδού. 45 λεπτά από το Μέτσοβο και 20 λεπτά από την πανέμορφη λίμνη των πηγών Αώου. Ο χώρος είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια και οικογένειες που αγαπούν την φύση και έχουν όρεξη να ανακαλύψουν τις φυσικές ομορφιές του τόπου μας.

Ένα ωραιότατο στούντιο περιμένει να σας φιλοξενήσει στο Άνω Νεοχωρόπουλο Ιωαννίνων. Ευάερο και ευήλιο και δροσερό, με μπαλκόνι που βλέπει σε καταπράσινο κήπο και θέα στο βουνό. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο και το Πανεπιστήμιο, τόσο που η πρόσβαση γίνεται και περπατώντας. Για το κέντρο της πόλης, υπάρχουν συχνά δρομολόγια λεωφορείου από το Πανεπιστήμιο. Η περιοχή είναι μέσα στη φύση, ήρεμη και ευνοεί τη χαλάρωση. Το διαμέρισμα είναι αυτόνομο με δική του είσοδο.
