Urban Farm House in Tomales

Quintessential Tomales Victorian , our sanctuary when we can get to the coast. When we cannot, we open up the first floor of the house for guests to enjoy. The upstairs is locked but you have access to the entire downstairs & outdoor areas. You will be the only occupants in the house during your stay. Limit of 3 guests. Be aware we are in a remote area,and during inclement weather the whole town sometimes loses electricity.When that happens,guests will have to reset the pump in the garage

This 400 square foot granny unit over our garage has beautiful wood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances (no washer/dryer) New HVAC unit, air filters, new water heater with chlorine filter. This space has a great deal of natural light, windows are well placed as to not see into neighbors windows. Our studio is only a few blocks from the heart of Petaluma. The Theatre District, Petaluma Market, and a myriad of local restaurants are all a 10 to 15 minute walk from your doorstep. We have two kids of our own (3 and 4) and we've set up the space to be comfortable for families traveling. There is ample space for everyone to spread out with a queen bed, 2 full size futons, and a crib included in the space.

Our one bedroom, one bath guest suite offers private accommodations in 600 square feet of living space. The suite is all on one level, with its own entrance, living/dining area, and space for simple food prep with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and coffeemaker.
