The Cottage

The Cottage, with a studio style layout, is a bright and clean space just one mile from historic downtown lees summit with local shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage is ~20 min from downtown Kansas City and 15 min from Kaufman and Arrowhead Stadium. This newly renovated 1900s milk barn is unique and special with a lot of charm, with a few of the modern conveniences. Guests are welcome to take advantage of the two acre landscaped yard and enjoy a delicious s’more at the outdoor fire pit!

Magical tree house nestled among oaks on our beautiful 200-acre national park-esque ranch fringed in gorgeous limestone boulders surrounding a spring-fed 15-acre private lake with outdoor living area and sand beach. Great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and excellent fishing. We are 5 minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs Golf Course and 3EX municipal airport. We live on-site and will generally be available throughout your stay should you need or desire.

Cozy Private Barndominium/studio

Private studio on the second level of our detached garage behind our main house. Located in a resort-like property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Minutes from downtown Lee's Summit. Coffee shop/bakery within walking distance. Several restaurants close by, 1 mile to iconic antique malls. Perfect place for traveling professionals. Close to Hwy 291. We use the garage for storage and to work on our vehicles occasionally, you might hear us working. *There is no smoking/vaping in the apartment*

MILO FARM-Sacred Kansas City Retreat

MILO FARM - SACRED LAND sits east of Kansas City & is a nature retreat w/ a cedar forest, a hardwood forest, 2 ponds, bohemian lodge, art studio, pool, barn, miles of trails & whimsical camping spots.  Pet and feed the farm animals while you are here! Hosts live upstairs and are available to help make your stay a memorable one. No smoking, no unregistered guest. Quiet hrs 10pm - 7am

Hummingbird Vista

Hummingbird Vista is located in tranquil Unity Village, just minutes from Kansas City and Lee’s Summit (and 20 minutes from the Truman Sports Complex). The 3-story, English Cotswold-style home on the 2nd hole of the Unity Village golf course has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and can comfortably sleep 12 people. It features a wet bar and fireplace with remote control. Perfect for large families, reunions, retreats, etc. Includes access to a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Cheerful 2-bedroom cottage four miles from stadiums with free parking on premises. Family friendly with country feeling close to the city. Bathroom has a walk in shower. Large fully stocked kitchen with separate dinning area. Refrigerator with ice and water through the door. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washer and dryer laundry area. Plus an added bonus a fully stocked coffee bar. Also added is a EV 240 volt receptacle for charging EV over night.

You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). A park is directly across the street as well:)
