On l'a construite pour nous avec coeur, cette petite maison. Elle se trouve à proximité de notre maison d'habitation, mais elle bénéficie d'une vue dégagée et préserve votre intimité. Vous allez vous sentir chez vous. On rêve en regardant la vue, la course du soleil, sur une des terrasses ou au coin du feu. Pour déconnecter, découvrir la Gruyère, s'isoler pour télétravailler, s'évader en amoureux... Le plus difficile est d'en repartir. En JUILLET et en AOUT, locations du samedi au samedi. 😊

Ce chalet privatif et confortable est idéal pour se reposer en famille, entre amis ou en amoureux. Le balcon offre une vue magnifique sur le Valais et la chaîne du Haut-De-Cry. La terrasse permet de profiter du jardin fleuri. Vous pourriez y bronzer, organiser un barbecue ou encore faire du yoga. Idéal pour les amoureux de la nature, cet endroit sera votre point de départ pour de magnifiques balades à pieds, vélo. Les remontées mécaniques ou bains thermaux se trouvent à 5 mins en voiture.

Le village de Montescheno offre le charme de la montagne (700m), une position ensoleillée enviable et en même temps la proximité de la ville de Domodossola et des lacs alpins. La Villa Alba se présente avec des chambres spacieuses et lumineuses, une vue panoramique sur les montagnes et en même temps la détente d'un sauna finlandais et d'une jacuzzi. Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables et utilisables: véranda avec canapé et fauteuils, grand balcon, jardin, pergola avec table.

In summer you can dedicate yourself to beautiful walks, hiking in the mountains or to your relax In the stillness of this Pretty house. In winter, the view is tinged with white and in your warm house you will enjoy the falling snow, or dedicate to cross country skiing or alpine in the small facility located a two kilometers from home.
