SunPeople House: Private Pool & Large Garden

Welcome to our tropical oasis, only 800 meters walk to the beach. Our eco-friendly home sits on 1.5 acres of beautiful gardens and features a spacious veranda and private swimming pool. Our home is partially run on solar power and the gardens and swimming pool are fed with collected rainwater. Between dips in the pool and swims at the nearby beach, take a meditative walk among the 40+ coconut trees, tropical flowers, & endless plants. We hope SunPeople serves as a quiet and lovely retreat space.

Sanjarah Cottage Delightful Private Pool

Sanjarah Cottage is a delight. It is a wonderfully designed space set in a lush garden, with two en-suite double bedrooms, a gorgeous swimming pool and a long veranda with dreamy day beds. The open plan living room and very well equipped kitchen, offers a great place to chill and the cottage is fully staffed. It’s an easy 20 min walk to the beach and a few minutes to the creek. Watamu truly is a paradise with one of the most beautiful beaches in Africa. We look forward to welcoming you soon 😊

A hideaway designed for guests who want to experience the beauty of Watamu at their own pace - wake up to birdsong, sip coffee on the verandah and wander through the mangroves, along the creek or on the beautiful white beaches. We are one of only a few houses with a private gate onto a path with direct access to the creek for SUPs, kayaks and swimming. You will love it here!

Het beroemde Lichthaus met de mooiste zonsondergang van Watamu ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten.
