Army Core of engineers controls the lake levels.** Space and privacy is included with this 'end of the lane' house surrounded by Army Corps land. Lake views from 4 season sunroom. Gentle slope to the private deep water boat dock with jet ski ramp in quiet cove off main Kerr Lake. Playset and grass to play on with lots of indoor and outdoor games. When you are done, go sit around the firepit, or just relax on the large back deck. With 7 beds, our home sleeps 10 comfortably. There's plenty of space for everyone!
