A rare find in AirBnb these days, this is a well kept second home that is offered when the host is not around, consequently it’s like staying a a true home - most properties in Venice are rental units and mostly utilitarian. Not the case here, the small balcony invited breakfasts and dinners al fresco and beds and bathroom were above average. The only (minor) inconvenience is it’s very close to Campo Sta Margherita which is a known party spot in Venice, may it a bit noisier that the sepulcral silence that is the norm in the city. Nevertheless I would return without hesitation.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. I would strongly recommend this accommodation for those visiting Venice. Thanks Erika for all your help!! Jophy George

Excellent séjour à Venise ! Merci à Giorgio pour son accueil et pour le logement qui avait tout l'essentiel pour notre court sejour. La quiétude de la plage du Lido hors saison était idéale pour faire une pause respiration entre les visites des sites touristiques et artistiques, facilement accessibles grâce à l'embarcadère tout proche.

Everything you need within the apartment, close to Treviso central and in a really peaceful and safe neighbourhood. Absolutely would stay here again.

Come l'anno scorso, abbiamo trascorso la settimana di Ferragosto in questo delizioso appartamento, perfetto per spazi e posizione, a pochi metri (ca. 150 m) dalla spiaggia. Silenzioso, dotato di un buon impianto di condizionamento (necessario per la stagione!) e di tutte le forniture per un breve soggiorno, lavatrice e wifi compresi. Caroline e Marco sono sempre stati pronti ad ogni richiesta di supporto e chiarimento.

Olga is a great host, very helpful. She left coffee and small snacks for us for breakfast, gave recommendations and tips. The place is clean, with everything you need. The location is great, close to the train station and vaporetto and walking distance to many sights.

Had a great stay in just heart of Venice. Marco is a great host and suggested some amazing places to visit while in Venice. The place was exactly as per description and is situated on ground floor which makes it easy to carry the luggage. Both S Agnello and Rialto station are walkable from the house. Rialto bridge, St Marks Square and all major locations are just a walk away. Overall best experience at Marco’s apartment.

Valentina was very responsive and the place was great. We especially loved the location right near the ghetto. Definitely recommend staying here when you’re in Venice

Lovely apartment. In a quieter area, which was nice to get away from the crowds. But also nearby restaurants and supermarket. About 15 steps to get up to the apartment, but manageable with luggage. Also a quick walk (with no steps or bridges) from the water taxi stop. We initially wanted the ac a bit colder (we went in the spring and it usually turns on in the warmer months), we contacted the host and they responded very quickly and lowered the ac for us. Temperature was perfect, beds and comforters were great, and bathroom was spacious, clean, and modern. Overall great experience and stay.

Aqua apartments was a lovely place to stay. The location was perfect- close to main food areas, yet set slightly back from the main road so it felt very peaceful inside. They were also very easy to communicate with- they answered all questions very promptly and were also very helpful in arranging an airport water taxi for us which made the check in process seamless! Would stay here again for sure!

Jacopo was super helpful and professional throughout our stay. We accidentally left a few things behind after checking out, and he is helping us ship them internationally—really appreciate that! Overall, we had a great experience. Thanks again, Jacopo!

Casa pulita,arredata di essenziale. Dotata di acqua potabile. Situata ottimamente: vicinissimo alla stazione, la fermata dell'autobus è sotto casa, a pochi passi vi è un supermercato. Ci ha accolti Cristian; si è dimostrato da subito cordiale e disponibile nel dare consigli e spiegazioni. Anche Nicoletta si è informata della nostra permanenza e, prontamente, ha accolto qualche nostra esigenza. Inoltre cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto è stata la flessibilità sull'orario del ceck-in e ceck- out

Ein Schmückstück mitten im herzen von Venedig. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und man geniesst höchsten Komfort in der Wohnung des Gastgebers. Perfekt für Pärchen oder um Zweisamkeit zu geniessen.

La maison est top, propre et bien équipé. Vraiment idéal pour les grandes familles. Stefano est très sympathique et réactif. Je recommande vivement.

Cómodo, bonito, completo y muy limpio alojamiento en una zona tranquila, a media hora andando de la plaza de San Marcos y a menos de 10 minutos de multitud de bares y restaurantes y de varias paradas de Vaporetto. El anfitrión responde rápido y con recomendaciones claras y prácticas. Todo de 10. Si buscas un alojamiento en Venecia tranquilo pero al mismo tiempo con todo a mano, este es tu sitio.

Mieszkanie wyglądało tak jak na zdjęciach, wyjście na taras z każdego pokoju. Czysta i przyjemna przestrzeń. Kontakt z wynajmującym rewelacyjny. Dojazd do Wenecji trwa 20 minut autobusem, albo 10 minut pociągiem. Komunikacja miejska w promieniu 5 minut od mieszkania. Serdecznie polecam 😊

Es ideal para familias. Lara cuida mucho los detalles pensando en el huésped y el apartamento está impecable, muy limpio y moderno. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

A wonderful stay in this well equipped, traditionally furnished apartment in a peaceful area with all you need close by and that view! 😍 Very good communication throughout. Christine met us off the Alilaguna. Arrived early but could leave our bags and take the keys which really helped Milk, juice, water and small cakes had kindly been provided. Lots of extras in the cupboards too including olive oil, tea and coffee. No clothes storage in the twin room but there’s a wardrobe in the hall outside. Wall mirrors in the bedrooms would’ve been useful but we managed with others. It’s walkable to all main attractions but you will do an awful lot of steps getting around! We relied on Google maps for directions. We visited Verona, Murano and the stunning Burano. Christine gave recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Al Muro San Stae nearby had fab service, quality of food and house wine and the best pizza I’ve ever had! A great weekend in a great apartment

The location was great! Everything is walkable. The host was great in communication with us and made the visit easy. The place is small and if a spa is a bonus for you then this is a great option. Too hot for us to even consider. It was quiet and the a/c worked well. While we never made a meal, there seemed to be plenty of items needed if you wanted to.

A great stay just outside of Venice, for those wanting somewhere quieter than the city itself!
