This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

Beautiful, spacious, two-bedroom private suite. The Farmhouse is located on 50 acres of farmland in our beautiful river valley. We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas. Nothing fancy- just simple, clean, and comfortable in a peaceful country setting.
