Amazing location for a couple or small family. Oceanfront at this price is rare. A peaceful neighborhood and super comfortable, clean place on a white, sugar sand beach. Ground floor oceanfront apartment (with only one other apartment above where I live with my wife, but we respect your privacy). Enclosed, private patio with beach, island views and gas fire pit, BBQ. Steps from the patio are chairs on the sand with sun umbrella. Complimentary bikes. Yummy cafe across the street. .

Hummingbird Cozy Cottage, Garden, Treehouse, Views

The cottage is VERY small (think Tiny House) but with all the comforts and amenities. The bedroom has a full bed that sleeps a couple, the den has a fold down twin with a memory foam topper stored underneath, extra linens in the dresser. The treehouse is a SMALL separate structure with a twin bed and a small deck. It is a regular twin, not extra long so is best for a child or Not- Too-Tall adult. It is heated, has WIFI and a wonderful view but not its own bathroom.

Founded in 1875 this Old West ranch allows guests to enjoy comfortable living in the Forest. Close to town but with no neighbors for miles. Hike forest trails with access from the property. A private, sustainable off the grid getaway, the Ranch has two spring fed ponds and a creek running through it. Interact with a wide variety of farm animals and experience abundant wildlife. Guests are provided a jeep to explore the majestic hills and the scenic 200-acre grounds.
