The house is in Antartiko village, 7 km from the VIGLA ski resort and 20' minutes from the Prespes Lakes. In the middle of the road that connects Kastoria and Florina, at an altitude of 1100 meters, Antartiko is close to both cities.An exciting and relaxing view all around into the hills, mountains and forest opens up in front of you.The house is an independent space with garden and parking area, fully equipped,ideal for friends and family to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing and warm atmosphere.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.

The Florina Park House

Το δίχωρο διαμέρισμα που διαθέτει υπνοδωμάτιο και κουζίνα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης και θα είστε κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστείτε. Παράλληλα δεν θα αντιμετωπίσετε κανένα πρόβλημα με όχληση και ηχορύπανση. Έχει θέα σε εσωτερική αυλή και διατίθεται μπαλκόνι όπου θα μπορείτε να απολαύσετε τον καφέ σας ήσυχα και γαλήνια. Πρόκειται για μια ανακαινισμένη κατοικία με μοντέρνα διακόσμηση, ζεστή το χειμώνα και δροσερή το καλοκαίρι.

Florina Sky Loft είναι μια καινούργια και μοντέρνα σοφίτα στην πόλη την Φλώρινας. 1 υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι , κρυφό φωτισμό με ποικιλία χρωμάτων και ένα παράθυρο οροφής. Κουζίνα πλήρης εξοπλισμένη με τραπεζαρία για 4 άτομα. Σαλόνι με μεγάλο καναπέ-κρεβάτι ,WiFi, 58‘ smart τηλεόραση με Netflix. Δωρεάν parking μπροστά από την πολυκατοικία. Ασανσέρ μέχρι τον 4ο όροφο και μετά 17 σκαλοπάτια για τον 5ο.
