One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

A 15 minuti da Bolzano e Merano si trova un elegante appartamento di 65mt a due piani con ingresso autonomo,composto da soggiorno\cucina, una camera da letto (letto francese) e un bagno, per offrirvi un confortevole soggiorno. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Poli supermercato 5 minuti autostrada 2 minuti fermata del bus 5 min.: centro storico con tradizionale mercatino di Natale, ristoranti e negozi 10 min.: area sci e trekking Monte Cavallo con pista da slittino più lunga d'Italia

The newly renovated apartment, flooded with sunlight, is located on the second and last floor of the house in a quiet side street to Untertorplatz, the entrance to the historic town centre of Sterzing/Vipiteno. Despite its central location, you will enjoy the view of the side valleys and the local mountain Rosskopf. the apartment is a perfect starting point for hikes, tours, skiing fun, as well as for exploring Sterzing's culture, Christmas market, culinary hot spots and boutiques.

Der Blick auf die Berge und frische Bergluft sorgen für sofortige Entspannung. Die Umgebung bietet sowohl Sommer wie Winter schöne Momente und allerlei Möglichkeiten. Die zentrale Lage wird besonders geschätzt (ca 5 km von Wattens und Autobahn entfernt).

Unser Haus steht im hinteren Talbereich, abseits der Hauptstraße, in sehr ruhiger Lage. Großer Garten und Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Sat TV im Wohnzimmer, TV mit DVDplayer im Schlafzimmer. Microwelle und Geschirrspüler vorhanden, tägliches Brötchen Service wird angeboten. Wanderwege, Loipe, Bushaltestelle ( Bus gratis mit Gästekarte!!! ) ganz in der Nähe! Großer Abstellraum für Fahrräder, Schier,...... Mülltrennung. Wir sprechen gerne Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch.

Die Ruhe und gute Luft sowie gleichzeitig vielfältige Freizeit-, Sport- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten machen Ihren Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof zu jeder Jahreszeit zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Haustiere sind aus Rücksicht auf unsere nächsten Gäste nur nach Absprache erlaubt.

Le confortable "Ferienwohnung Innerwalten 100" est situé à Walten (Valtina), un petit village de montagne très idyllique à 1.300 m, qui appartient au village de St. Leonhard in Passeier (San Leonardo in Passiria). Ce généreux appartement de vacances peut accueillir 8 personnes. L'appartement charmant dispose d'un grand salon-sommeil avec 1 lit double et 2 canapés-lits pour 2 personnes chacun.

Le confortable appartement 16 est situé à Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, près de Bolzano/Bozen et constitue un point de départ idéal pour explorer à la fois la ville ainsi que les belles montagnes du Tyrol du Sud. L'appartement de 50m² se compose d'un salon, d'une cuisine bien équipée avec un lave-vaisselle, d'une chambre ainsi que d'une salle de bains et peut donc accueillir 4 personnes.
