You will not regret staying with us since we have designed a home away from home for you! Besides following Airbnb cleaning protocols, we use UVC ozone light to kill COVID-19 and any types of germs. This method is used in hospitals. It’s located near many wineries, golf courses, hiking trails, rivers, 20-25 minutes from White Sulphur Springs Wedding Venue, and many other great attractions. It has a large deck that feels like a tree house with a grill, hammock and table. The inside has a warm "at home” feel. We are located within an hour drive of many great small towns. Everything you need is here and ready for use. Come relax and enjoy your stay on Mountain Time.

Secluded chalet near the top of a mountain on 8 acres, just 70 minutes from downtown DC, 20 minutes to old town Front Royal, close enough to get Instacart from groceries, Costco and Target, and private enough to enjoy your sunset view from the deck every night and to not see any other homes! The home is at the end of a long gravel road and parking in a small cul-de-sac. Dogs are allowed for a $75 fee per stay for the 1st, $25 after, up to 3 dogs max, extra fees charged after reservation.

We love our little imperfect home that creeks and looks pretty good for being over 100. Currently it is getting a makeover and upgrade. Please be aware of this as you are booking. It has a roomy, walkout basement apartment with windows in every room and is tucked away in the heart of downtown. This home dates back to the 1800s, with loads of character and occasionally a bit of noise from the upper levels. It’s not a high-end trendy spot, but it’s humble, and perfect in our eyes.

Relax and enjoy your stay at our updated craftsman farmhouse on two acres. The largest oak tree in the county frames the covered porch complete with rocking chairs and swing. You’ll be entertained by the large variety of birds visiting our feeders. Historic Culpeper and Orange less than 30 minutes away where quaint shops and restaurants abound. Or fix your own meals in fully furnished kitchen. Hardwood floors in most spaces with wide staircase leading to two bedrooms upstairs.
