Great value overall. The only issue is that you have to cross a ditch that is not will lit to get to the door. It was rather slick after rain one evening and we slid a bit in dress shoes. This may be a concern for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise it was a nice quiet stay and affordable compared to all the other local options.

It was great for our visit to DC. The metro station is 5 minutes away and is three stops from DC's main spots. It is also just one stop from the airport. It was spacious, and the zone was nice and calm. It wasn't easy to find a place with two rooms and two bathrooms, close to DC and at this price range.

I love the way this building has been re-purposed. The unit was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is really cool and there’s a brewery on the premises. The unit is also well-stocked with coffee, cream and sugar. The only downside is that I prefer to be closer to the interstate when I am traveling because I basically sleep and shower when I stay at AirBNB. Fortunately, it was still daylight when I arrived, so it was relatively easy to see where I was going. I know this isn’t a consideration for everyone.

It was the perfect spot for a family event being held nearby. Paul was quick to respond to questions and very friendly. Very quiet and peaceful location despite being on a main road and close to everything we needed. Lots of nice touches that we appreciated. Thank you!

Philip and Katie’s studio is lovely! It was so great to come back to after a long day. They are incredibly responsive, kind hosts. This is noted in the description, but be aware that you will hear the sounds of family life fairly early in the morning, so if you are a late sleeper you may want to consider that. (I was up early for work, so it was no issue). Great location on a quiet street, but still walkable (or a VERY short drive) to Main Street and lots of restaurants. Definitely a great stay, and I will book it again the next time I’m in Blacksburg!

this is a comfortable apartment. the decoration is simple but tasteful. There were many towels and two beach chairs.

This was my second stay and it was just as great as the first! The space is super clean, cozy, and feels like a home away from home. The brewery next door is a fun bonus, and the area is very walkable with plenty to explore nearby. Always a great experience—I’ll definitely be back again!

Comfy, and dog friendly--we loved it and will stay there again if we return to VA Beach! Close to Sandbridge Beach which we loved! Bridget is friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better host!

We loved being right in the heart of Colonial Beach! Less than a 10 min walk to several restaurants, breweries, entertainment and the beach! We would totally stay here again. It felt like grandma’s fun beach house; cool vintage touches throughout, cozy and welcoming.

Ayda was a responsive hostess! She helped us problem solve a few needs and was friendly and helpful. Her home was clean and comfortable. There was ample space for hanging clothes. Her beds were firm and comfortable for sleeping! She had bottles of cold water in the fridge and coffee for the pot ready for us. We never knew when she came and went although her home was in the basement. Her backyard is beautiful with several areas with chairs and benches for shared conversations or book reading. 😊 We saw a shy red fox and many birds in the mornings, while walking her safe and lovely neighborhood.

My family and I had a great time at Laura’s. She was very communicative and the neighborhood and area is beautiful! That back deck is amazing!

We had such a Brett time staying at Ali’s place! Her communication couldn’t have been clearer. The house was roomy and comfortable, and she was incredibly helpful and responsive—especially when a medical emergency threatened to derail our adventure. Definitely went above and beyond for us, which was much appreciated! Highly recommend. :)

My family and I were very pleased with our stay here for Christmas! It was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-stocked. We did not encounter any problems during our stay. I would absolutely recommend it for another family, especially during the Holidays.

Such a beautiful lake house makes me want to go again, very peaceful and relaxing. The house was very clean, my family and I loved and enjoyed every aspect of it. We definitely recommend this Airbnb.
