Luxury, very tastefully furnished villa with heated pool and big yard. The villa consists of three separate units. The main house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room. In the basement there is a table tennis, darts, PS4 and kids corner. In the yard there are two more units, each with a double bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The houses are fully equipped, air-conditioned, have underfloor heating and alarm system - ideal for families with children or groups of friends.

Villa Niki is a newly built, 240m2 spacious stone villa with a salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the 120+ year old olive orchard. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Capacity of the 3 villas is 24 persons.

Beds BLUE is a delightful property, spread over 2 floors with external stairs and an astonishing terrace, making it a perfect retreat for you to relax and reset. It is a pet and family friendly place, designed to enjoy your summer on a beautiful Island of Krk. There is everything you need close by - beach, aqua park, beach bar and restaurant. Historic city center of Krk is just a 10 minutes drive away. In 2024, we are bringing beach closer by adding a swimming pool to a picturesque terrace!

Apartman Mila potpuno je novi apartman, nalazi se u ekskluzivnoj rezidencijalnoj četvrti grada Krka. Apartman je suvremen, svijetao i prostran, sa čistim linijama, novim modernim namještajem i otvorenim pogledom na more i staru gradsku jezgru. Sastoji se od dnevnog boravka sa kuhinjom i blagovaonicom i dvije dvokrevetne sobe, te kupaonicom. Sve prostorije imaju mogućnost grijanja i hlađenja koje je uključeno u cijenu. Plaža posjeduje plavu zastavu i kristalno čisto more.Domaćin govori engleski.

The apartment is situated in the peaceful village of Salatić, near the town of Krk. It is ideal for a family vacation. The guests can enjoy themselves on the terrace and in the garden, as well as use the grill. They have their own parking spot. In addition to that, the guests can use the WIFI and have air conditioning in the apartment.

Old stone house located in an abandoned rustic village with only 3 houses. The house has a large fenced yard 700m2 and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
