You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz beaches. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Hermon Adventures where you’ll find a zip line through the redwoods. Santa Cruz Beaches are a 15 minute drive away. This is a legal vacation rental, permit number is 221352
