Full access to the indoor and outdoor pools, weight room, playground and tennis/ basketball courts. Enjoy sitting on one of the two back decks, grill out and chill.

West Ocean City: Private Studio, Close To Beach

Welcoming one bedroom studio 2 miles from the ocean. Private entrance, outside porches, furnished kitchen, full bath and queen sized bed. Cute, convenient and clean, with one SHARED WALL between the studio and main house. All amenities are self contained and noise is minimal. VERY convenient area Wifi & A/C Washer & Dryer TV, cable & Netflix We follow all cleaning protocol as specified by AirBnB. Our efficiency is for 1 or 2 guests ONLY. Thank you for adhering to this requirement.

Studio type 5 mins from Ocean City-

New Flooring! Studio type guest home, only 5 to 7 minutes to Ocean City, Maryland or Assateague island. Guest home has Assateague bay view (no private access to the Bay) and a private entrance to the guest home. Seasonal, summer rental (or year round maybe considered). Preferably adults and kids ages 10 and above due to steep stairs. No breakfast included. After cleaning, We use Lysol to sanitize the air. Please let us know if you don’t like it and we will not use before your checkin.
