Upgraded & tiled shower! Alki Beach Park is an active place with lots of cafes, restaurants, bike/kayak/paddle boards rentals. Open fires allowed on the beach, where people bbq & chill. Park closes officially at 11pm, but sunny days may stay busy longer. 1 regular parking incl.

Occupying one story of a midcentury modern home, the 900 sq ft space provides outstanding views of the Sound, Olympic Mountains, magnificent sunsets, and sea life. Accommodations include a living/dining area, spacious master bedroom, seaview terrace with covered patio, kitchenette (no full kitchen), additional guest room and access to the waterfront bulkhead (no beach access). A car is strongly recommended.

Our cottage sits above Lake Washington with a beautiful water view. A peaceful respite, yet so close to the city. You can barbeque on the deck and watch the boats go by as ospreys fish in the little marina just below. Walk or ride bikes along Lake Wa. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

Privacy and the perfect view, stunning sunsets, ocean waves, and majestic mountain ranges are all your companion at Alki cottage. The cottage is on the bottom floor, expect city noise and some people noise from floor above. Want to explore Pike Place market, the space Needle or Aquarium it’s all a 10 minute ferry ride.
