Awesome little condo- 2 bedrooms! Quiet community with pool and parking. Directly across the street from the ocean, 7 blocks from the boardwalk, and walking distance to N Wildwood bars and restaurants. Table and chairs right outside the front door! Lots of loungers, tables, and 2 grills around the property. Newly renovated bathroom. Key will be left in lock box- unit 105. Please bring your owns linens or wash and make beds before leaving. June min -3 nights July and August min - 4 nights

Where your toughest decision is beach or pool!

*We do not rent to groups under the age of 25. The furnishings are very comfortable, clean & sanitized. With a queen bed in each room (new mattresses 2023) and sofa bed in the living-room, it easily sleeps 4-6 people (four adults, two children). Use it as a base to explore the area and enjoy the beaches/local attractions, or just relax by the pool. Wifi throughout condo and Apple TV in both bedrooms. Two blocks to the marina & 5 blocks to the beach, this Wildwood condo is ideally located.

This one bedroom condo is just a block to the Wildwood boardwalk which is packed full of eateries, water parks, shopping, and amusement piers. You can park your car in your designated spot (right near the steps to the unit) and walk to everything! This condo is unique as there are two separate entrances, one of which exits to a semi-private balcony facing the beach. The perfect spot to enjoy the Friday night fireworks in the summer! The building is on a quiet street but near it all!

Bay Block Home, heated saltwater pool open!

Brand new heated salt water pool was just completed April 2022. Our home is close to family-friendly activities, restaurants, & Bay block. My place is good for families and big groups. Walking distance to Harpoon’s and one block walk from AMAZING sunset views!! Close to wineries, breweries & distilleries. We are also Dog friendly and have a dog friendly beach block. (200/per dog non-refundable, fee is not included with booking). Pick up after dog or there will be additional fees.

Cozy Island Condo in the heart of North Wildwood. (1100 New Jersey Avenue). Comfortably furnished 1 BD/1BA. Includes couch/pullout (full) bed making it convenient to house 4 people. Condo is located four blocks from the Wildwood Boardwalk and beach. Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, oven, and dishwasher. Enjoy the pool, outdoor BBQ grill, & sundeck. Queen bed, TV in bedroom and a TV is also in the living area. One designated parking spot.
