Tiny House Guest Cottage one mile off 213 near Marquam. Remote, yet accessible. 10 minutes from Mt. Angel and Molalla. 15 minutes from Silverton. 18 minutes from Oregon Garden. Loft with King size bed and luxurious sheets. Two sofas downstairs can be converted into beds. Not suitable for children. Relaxed open design, vaulted ceilings, queen beds, wifi, smart tv with Netflix, full kitchen and coffee bar.

Minutes from the outlet mall, a peaceful and cozy A-Frame, nestled in the trees overlooking a rippling creek. The stairs to the loft lead to a room where there is a comfortable queen-size bed and television. The downstairs area has a fully-stocked kitchen, dining area and living area with lots of windows to enjoy the view. There is also patio with a table and chairs and propane grill where you can sit and enjoy the view of the pasture and water, with beautiful trees scattered about.

Enjoy a well appointed private guest suite on an operating Thoroughbred horse ranch bordering on the Cascade foothills close to both Silver Falls State Park and the Oregon Gardens. The tranquil setting affords plenty of opportunity to savor the views from your private deck. And while unsupervised schmoozing with the horses isn't allowed, if you'd like we'll be glad to introduce you to some of the herd. You can rub elbows with equine royalty - the offspring of two Kentucky Derby winners!

Clean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and 2 floor mattress. TV can be used to watch Netflix. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
