Hello and thank you for your interest in our present day inspired beach home. A brand new luxe beach house with a wonderful panoramic view of Carolina Beach. Public beach access is only a few steps away and plenty of local attractions in the vicinity. The home has a splendid large rooftop deck and private backyard for outdoor activities. We allow pets and is limited to 2 pets. $150 per pet applies. Please let us know ahead if you are planning to bring your pet. We look forward to hosting U!

Cozy renovated historic home in historic neighborhood, 1 mi from the riverfront, 2.5 mi from Hospital, 3 mi from the airport, 1.7 mi from EUE/Screen Gems studios, 7 mi to Wrightsville Beach, 15 mi to Carolina Beach, 1 mi to the Castle St antique district, 1 mi to Brooklyn Arts Center, and many sites/shopping between. We are near downtown so there may be street noise at certain times; holidays, special events, and rush hour. We live next door and available if needed. Please review house rules.
