great house, cozy and comfy for a family of 4. nice neighborhood, pretty pond, lots of convenient items in the home

Property was very clean. Area was peaceful. Nice neighbors. Quick and easy 5-6 minute walk to the beach.

This house had everything we needed to enjoy our annual fishing trip in sunset harbor. We love the neighbor hood. Everyone we enconutered was very friendly. The house is very close to the boat ramp and a gas station so we did not have to waste any time and could maximize our fishing experience. The house was very clean and had all of the kitchen hardware needed to cook and make our stay very comfortable and stress free. The house has a fish cleaning station in the back which was a great for our needs. We would love to come back and stay again. The host were very responsive and clear with check in and check out instructions. :)

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed Dune Daddy! Everything about it was wonderful and was done in such a thoughtful manner. The kitchen was perfectly stocked and we loved the dishes! Very cute and minimalistic. Combined with a breathtaking view it was perfect. A great big thank you to our wonderful hosts for a much needed respite.

This was our 2nd stay with Jeanette. Her home is comfortable and very clean and very inviting. She is kind and friendly and always goes out of her way to make it an enjoyable stay. Location is amazing and beach access is so easy.

We were impressed how comfortable her place was for us. We were moving from New Jersey to Leland and had a gap between closings and needed a comfortable place for an 8 night stay and it was absolutely perfect. Its a beautiful comfortable home and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Extremely happy with our choice of accomodations. Highly recommend. Beautiful neighborhood and pool area too. Just lovely.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our trip was almost derailed by a wildfire that broke out just before we arrived, but Mother Nature didn’t win! The neighbors were incredibly kind and warned us as soon as we got there, and the host was proactive and communicative throughout the situation. Despite the unexpected challenge, our stay was great and we truly appreciated the support and hospitality from everyone involved.

We had a fantastic stay at Ryan’s Airbnb! The location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful park, 1 mile to the beach, and plenty of great restaurants. The area felt safe and relaxing, ideal for a getaway with the family. The home itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Ryan was a responsive and attentive host, quick to answer any questions and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Melanie was an amazing host and her home was exquisite! It was well furnished and centrally located on the island. If you're looking for a relaxing vacation then I highly recommend this property. We loved sitting on the porch and even enjoyed the overlook of the river that was steps away. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful modern house, good size for my family of 5 members. Really nice neighborhood, new, clean and peaceful. The house is equipped with all necessary amenities. I can still call it the perfect house, even tho two things bothered me, I was not able to cook home made flour tortillas for my son's (one flew from Ohio the other is in active duty in NC, we are from Texas) For some reason the stove didn't heat up high enough to cook em. Second, I have a small Shih Tzu ,he fit thru the back bar fenced, thank God I found him. Not the hostess fault, it is fenced, but not small dog approve.

This is my second time here. We had an amazing stay. I came here earlier this year to see family and decided to rebook for a longer stay with a few girlfriends. I also was very pleasantly surprised to see we can now bring our pups. The area was perfect. We came during ocean fest and loved how close we were. We drove the beach just 1.5 miles away from the peer however you could walk or bike easily. I've done a lot of rentals and this house is immaculate. There was a lot of other nice touches like shampoo, Beach towels, and even little coolers for the beach. Everything is labels and the quality of thing are nice. It was a great area to walk my dogs. Very quiet. Loved the yard which is hard to find here. Located next to a big park and minutes from restaurants and shops. The house again was very clean, warm and inviting. Terry was easy to talk to and helped us with any questions. And the price was great .

Nice clean space within a 5 minute walk to the beach. Hosts were very responsive.

Had a great stay at the surf hangout! House was immaculate and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and cleaning items were provided. Only slight downside was it was a little smaller than it appeared on pictures, but still big enough for our family of four and two pups

This was a last minute find we had a work thing on that Saturday, and thankfully their cottage was plenty of space for us and they had room for parking for a food trailer. The Michael and Jesslyn were very nice and very responsive. If you're looking for something quiet,small, short drive to the Beach and good price this is your spot.

We stayed here with another couple for a wedding. Our friend has mobility issues so the few steps and walk in shower were very helpful. The house is even better than the photos. It was very clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very convenient to the Boardwalk and Britt’s Donuts! Would stay here again!

This house is in a perfect location for concerts at the Greenfield Lake Amphitheater - super close, maybe 5 min walk. But it’s in a spot that doesn’t get noise from the concert goers or even from the Main Street. The house has everything you need. It’s also about a 10 min drive to the Wilmington River walk which is a very cool area with good eats and shops. The beach is a bit further, maybe 30 minutes, but could be longer pending traffic. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. We came in late at night and host made sure there were lights on for us. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make meals. Host was very responsive. Beds were comfortable. Dock area is beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet. Our children took their bikes and loved it.
