This beautiful cottage is over 100 years old , in the same family for 80 years which is where the name Stanton is from,so I thought only fitting to name it after them. Beautifully renovated with all original features of a double brick home . Feel at home with all the comforts required during your stay. With a fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine and a variety of Teas ,Fully enclosed yard with hills hoist and cottage garden. Open plan living and dining,Formal lounge to relax , sit back and enjoy complimentary Netflix &WIFI,3 bedrooms one with Queen bed, 1 with Double and 1 with 2 singles that can be made into a double . All with Beautiful warm linen and throws to keep you warm and snug on a winters night. Large Walk-in shower, Beautiful deep claw foot bath to relax in. During Winter the cottage is warm and cosy with gas heating .In summer air conditioner to keep the house nice and cool . This is your home away from home. Guest have access to the whole house which includes a large undercover outdoor area and garden, with plenty of parking in the driveway and street. Bright and open house on a quiet street in beautiful Beechworth. Less than 10 minute walk to the centre of Beechworth and Lake Sambell. Plenty of parks, hikes and bike trails at your door step. Peaceful outdoor seating overlooking garden where you can drink your morning coffee and listen to birds singing. Secure yard for doggos. The house comfortably sleeps 4 people however I have a sofa bed that can sleep another two if required. Please note the house is lived in part of the year by me 😊
